Hows everything now with the updates? How about the clutch with the yellow and blue springs work out any gains. Did you end up changing the final gear? Thanks
So far runs solid the springs definitely loosened up a bit from the crazy high revs. So far I went 2 teeth lower gearing and it seems with one step lower then OEM with 11gram rollers I can max out in full tilt at about 78mph. Which on a scooter feels like it's moving.
I just bought a 150cc Italica Rx Armor 2022, I am heavy 260lbs and 6'4" currently reaches 40 how can I make it reach 60 at least, which will be my first mod?? Thanks.
I'd do the basics first I'd check the variator for a washer which restricts speed usually in the middle of the variator. You can also swap the variator weights and belt to get a slightly better top speed
@@leveluplife8585 I was just told that the NCY red/yellow cap coil is better then the direct ignition so looks like I'll be going for that one instead of the direct ignition one. Definitely gonna take the advice from someone who sells and uses them on a daily.
@@RspecNick just ordered the same one as in the video but 26mm. I looked on reddit and they said it should be running good on 115-120 and 34-38 just gotta play around with it. Also how did you do the airbox delete because theres a hose coming out of the airbox and idk what to do with it.
Did you had any issue with that carburetor and manifold, i have a very similar carburetor anf manifold qnf my carburetor keeps touching the engine mount :( i put anf extra spacer and it fitd better but still it its scratching my carburetor and engine mount
The uni filter on mine the filter rubber base actually sits in it nice that's also on a 320mm shock set. It could be the intake manifold your running as well some stick out slightly further.
@@RspecNick i dont have an issue with the filter its the carburetor itself it seams like the manifold is too long and my carburetor scrapes with the engine mount, i have a very similar scooter carburetor and manifold as yours but i dont see your having that issue
@@itzlando7698 so far I have a decent amount of them done. The shock setup I want to switch up tho the rfy shocks now they ride way better then stock but the spring itself on them is thick so once they wear in and get compressed down they rub on the back tire alittle.
Is it true bro that these Gy6 150cc bikes don’t last long mileage wise ? Myn just reached 6k miles I’ve heard they don’t last past 10-15k before needing a rebuild is that true ? I take care of my bike I change the oil often just need to put a new air filter on and it ticks a bit when idling maybe the valves are off
I could believe that honestly I mean 10-15k miles on a high rpm & air cooled motor wears stuff down pretty quickly especially when it's already not very good quality to start with. Most of mine Ive had for a good 10-15k miles but then again I also don't leave them stock long enough to find out. I will find out with my current 171cc tho since I plan I keeping it and I know I already put 1000 miles on that setup.
@@KyillFyatPeePole yep I'm in York Pennsylvania. Technically east York but thanks and honestly I wanna say in total so far roughly about 3k if I add all of it together including the scooter itself. I put it away for now cause it's a bit cold out lol.
Looking awesome dude 🔥🔥🛵. Very impressive, can't wait to see it complete 🎬🙆👍.Salute 😎
Thank you we still got some parts left but should look fairly decent once it's all done
That's a pretty rad scooter I like
Thank you
wow rolling wrench parts are great
They really aren't bad I was surprised when I saw it was taida parts
That oil upgrades is good help the bike doesn't get crazy hot in performance too help
Only thing ify about the decompression tube is if your oil is slightly over full it will definitely shoot it out at high rpms
Thanks for the information 👍
That a nice upgrade 👌 i have the same glutch

looking good man how do you like the nibbi carb I just got it but I am trying to figure out the jetting
I have the kehin carb and the nibbi intake tube. I don't mind them tho the carb is definitely snappy

@@johnnygoni7402 most guys your size run 10 gram weights but 11 might be a decent happy medium. I ran heavy weights but I'm also lighter by 100ilbs
Which jetting are you using in your PWK26
120 main and 32 pilot
Your cvt case is short or long case? If is short case where you got it from? Thanks
Long case 150cc it came on the scoot
I want to see that NCY coil pack upgrade on there. It should help with low end grunt and mpg which you may need with that taller rear gearing!
Also an Iridium spark plug, almost forgot!
@@leveluplife8585 not sure if the NCY direct ignition will work with a DC setup tho. I do already have the plug NGK CR7HIX
@@RspecNick I’m pretty sure it will work with DC setups, but I hear the most important thing is the iridium plug if you’re trying to be cost effective

What jetting do you recommend for this same pod filter, exhaust and carb setup as yours but with 150cc
I was on a 118 main and 38 pilot. So I'd start at like 108 and 36

79mph with GPS if I tweaked gearing alittle it would be over 80
