Why You Should Go To NUSA PENIDA (a remote paradise)

- I was not expecting this island to be THIS BIG. Nusa Penida should not be just a day trip from mainland Bali, but a minimum of a 1-2 night overnight stay. If you are looking for raw nature, welcoming locals and a more quiet way of life, then make sure you take the time to really explore this beautiful island beyond the usual tourist attractions. There are many things to know before you go though like the lack of transportation options, little cell service and dangerous situations to watch out for. In this video I will take you through the process of how I booked this trip, recommendations of where to stay and also help from a local guide. Loved Nusa Penida .. the speed boat ride can be scary (ifyyk) and the entrances to those beaches were crazy.. absailing at points haha - but a great vibe there and lovely views. I booked a scooter and went exploring with a local guide.

for the huge number of tourists flowing in to NP, the road conditions in many parts are poor and its a big question as to why ? AMLD is right , that only highly exp riders should rent bikes here . no place for mistakes here.
