  • Join me on a January hike up Padre Canyon - where the anna’s & costa’s hummingbirds spend the winter. I found a bunch of awesome Mojave Desert natives as I ascended higher up the trails & arroyos. This place is usually crawling with gila monsters, banded geckos, and desert tortoises for 10 months out of the year. Sadly, those species are in their burrows for the most part at this time. I will definitely be back in the spring to see this canyon in its full glory, and explore higher. Thanks for watching!
*I highly recommended switching the video quality to 1080P, it looks a lot better*
