HOLD ON GUYS: Didn't Coach Freeman say (at least something to the effect that) ....."IF it was up to me (Freeman), all the coaching staff will be back" - which would suggest to me that this decision was not exclusively up to Marcus Freeman - don't understand all of that but that is what I recall hearing

Why do ND fans believe they must have the whole story. Personnel issues do require confidentiality. Yet, ND fans and some podcasters not only report rumor as fact, they contribute to stories with speculation to prove they are somehow in the know in an inner circle they aren't a part of....think IB nation, LL podcast, and Always Irish. Their journalism is NOT sports journalism but a bunch of wanna be sports guys who use rumors, and tell you after the fact, that they knew about it all beforehand. Believe it if you want but their blatant disrespect for ND administration requires a second look for why some ND fans believe they know anything

Guys, where is the investigative journalism? Why is it that we have so few details on what went down between Freeman and Stuckey and don’t forget, Freeman and Matt Balis? What about the exact details of the NBC contract? Anyone can react to news, I was hoping you could write the whole story. I would 100% be a paid subscriber to Matt’s new service if he got to the bottom of this stuff.

So I am listening to this Thursday afternoon and we have lost several starters to the portal.....silly season is in full bloom and that WR room had to be messed up.
What was messed up is you had wanne be know it all podcasters projecting Merriweather as next best thing.....til he got on the field and couldn't catch a ball...then it was the coach's fault because he didn't develop him? How about LL podcast and Brian Driskell along with Roberts aren't the experts you guys want to think they are

I'm not really sure why you guys are so nonchalant about continuity in the staff. There are only two first year coordinators in the current top 5 CFB ranked schools. Oregon's OC Will Stein and Georgia OC Mike Bobo (who is in his second year at Georgia). All of the other OCs/DCs are in their second years or more. There are only a handful of new coordinators in the top 10 ranked. It's apparently quite important.
Rename the Podcast "Notre Dame Football haters". Every week you guys continually just bash every decision Marcus Freeman makes and never have anything good to say.
Everyday there is more evidence that our program is not going in the right direction.

Something smells. Young WR coach, great recruiter, having little to work with, he did a great job. Freeman saying keeping everyone, then out. Something happened. ND fan since 1967, this makes no sense but will in time!
