    salamat dito bro! problema ko talaga to kasi malapad ang chest ko ang hirap tamaan ng gitnang upperchest nagiging flat ang gitna ang pangit. Buti nakita ko ting video mo, ito ifofocus ko simula ngayon. Tinry ko na kuha ko na ang position!
