    Mug o lunch weren't frozen, they were the ramen noodles of the 70s. Open the pouch into a cup and add boiling water.

    The stuff from the 70 s that I wish would come back are the Nestles Chocolate Almond Bar, Bordens
    Banana Fudge Ice Cream Sicles, Dolly Madisons snack cakes & fruitpies, Nabiscos Cinnamon & Sugar Cookies

      I remember eating one as a child, I was born in 1981, so they still exist when I was little. And yes, they did taste amazing. Also dipping one, a twinkie in melting chocolate would work too.

    Space food sticks were an acquired taste,we took them as a burst of energy food when we were snow skiing. 😉🐈‍⬛🐈💖🌈🎄 My family calls canned cheese sleazy cheese.

    U can make chocodiles.
    Partially freeze twinkies.
    Make a chocolate shell dip, [melted chocolate + coconut oil].
    Drizzle/dip, refrigerate.

    In Canada we had Squeeze a Snack that was a processed cheese that came in a plastic tube that you punctured at the plastic dispenser that had an x in it. Then you squeezed the cheese out of the tube. It was around into the mid 80’s and I miss it because the cheese was so good.

    So many great memories! I remember those space food sticks. I kept looking for them in the store for ages hoping I would find them again! Same with the Jell-o 123. I loved that stuff!

    Loved almost all of these, especially Jell-O 1-2-3 and Pizza Spins. I missed having Space Food Sticks. Never heard of Concentrate cereal.

    That's not true! Chocodiles were sold on the East Coast as well. I grew up in NYC and we had them in all of the corner stores throughout the 80s.

    Remember the Bandido Eraser for your pencil that you would get when you would buy a bag of Fritos? Cracker Jacks had some pretty nice things in there packages too, like paper tattoos, mini magnifying glass made out of plastic etc. And, don't forget Totinos Round Pizza, you can still get them today, and they are just as good in my opinion.

    Burst gum freshn up i believe it was called, then the Dr pepper, A& W Rootbeer, 7up & other big juice gums also. And Nestle Alpine Candy Bars.

    I am from Chicago, and a 70' s kiddie. Some food items I recall, but I think some were popular in other states, or I was too young to remember them. I really liked banana flips.

    When I was younger, that cheese spread in a can was a DELICACY to me. By the way, it’s still around, only they call it Easy Cheese and they pared down their flavor assortment

    I rarely got to eat the Swanson TV dinners, it took 50 minutes in the oven😢. I liked most of the items mentioned, the cheese in a can was my favorite, on everything!

    * Marathon bars (which I read is the same as a Cadbury Curly Wurly)
    * Drakes Swiss Rolls (always gradually unrolled them to eat them)
    * Heart-shaped Sweet 16 chocolate covered toffee ice cream on a stick in early to mid-70's. (I can't even find pics of them online...)
    * Vienetta ice cream desserts

    Chocodiles still exist as Fudge Covered Twinkies but are only available on the West Coast. They changed the name in 2017 so it was quite recent.

    I remember most of them. All of them were good, except for Tuna Twist. I hated tuna back in the 70s. Still hate tuna today. Tuna sucks. Smells and tastes like like cat food.

    I'm in Canada and I dont remember.any of these being on our shelves; although Funny Face drink mixes kind of look familiar. We had a candy bar similar to Marathon called Wigwag.

    Bring back walnettoes, Nesbitt brand strawberry soda, '70's prices, even frozen dinners had more quality, bring back Buckwheat cereal, bring back French Vanilla Jazz Pepsi 0 calories, bring back full cookie aisles not halves, Tuna Helper, bring back English Muffin bread, Van de Kamps choc chip cookies, bring back Stouffer's chicken fried steak dinners, baked spaghetti and cheddar chicken pasta dinners.

    Danish Go Rounds were universes better than pop tarts (and those were indeed tasty). Danish Go Rounds had more filling than Pop Tarts had

    Funny face drinks were first sold in 1964. Choco-diles were sold on the East coast also. Was never impressed by them. The chocolate tasted like wax.
