The view is somehow spectacular in any way. Just the window is a turn off. Somewhere nearest to OneKL near to KLCC too. Hope you can check the OneKL too later.
Agreed that the window is a turn off indeed. Doesn't really help on the external aesthetics, but certainly heavily impacts the view from inside looking out. Noted on your request for OneKL, and that you've mentioned it before. It's inside my KIV list to review, but tough to get as there are only 94 units and this is an old property. Hence, not many units on the market (sale or rent). On top of that, need to get owners consent and also agents help. Thus, the reason why older projects with low density is harder to review.
Wow what a wonderful project in the heart ❤ of Kuala Lumpur and a few minutes walk to the twin tower I like the lobby and the lifts it is a very nice design and the art pictures everywhere wow and the unit is nice it has a unique layout and the flooring for the unit is nice but the windows for the unit I don’t really like it especially the room thats has the small window I feel it just a waste putting that design on the window, I like the bathrooms design and the facilities is so nice to be in what a wonderful project.
Yeap, all good in general, except for the blocked windows. That's just bad and poor, blocking the natural light and making the room dark and miserable.
I believe your friend stayed at the Ascott KLCC (which is basically Star Residence 2). Surprising that its like that, given Ascott is decently premium, and an international brand. Building itself also is relatively new.
See the woman smoking/vaping next to pool agaisnt rules. Very sad and rude. But it is a good place to live, some finishing not the greatest but has everything including great location.
There'll be always small offenders at any development that are breaking rules. Most importantly, it's not wide spread. Yes, even at high end developments, you do have such issues. True, all in all, a good place to live. Centrally located.

My friend stayed at Star Residence 2 for 3 nights. The service is very bad. The room is not clean and smells of urine.

The karaoke rooms... Bring your own food and beverages or there is service?
From what I understand, it's bring your own food. Nevertheless, cleaning up service is by the maintenance staff / management body.
