Welcome. Well, for whatever reasons, multifunction Smith machines are very rare in condo gyms, even high end areas such as KLCC and Mont Kiara. Likely due to the utilization instead of the cost or the space that it requires.
@@JackChang27Do you mean residents wouldn't use them? That would be strange. They enable bench press, squats, overhead press and Romanian deadlifts - 4 essential exercises in a relatively compact space, with high safety and no noise from dropping plates. I saw them in every building I stayed at in Miami.
Yeah, I get what you mean. Such a versatile machine with so many types of exercise that one could do with it. It's much more common in private gyms in Malaysia, but for whatever reasons, rare indeed for condo gyms. 🤷♂️
Yeah, they are a big conglomerate and in general, all their business have a decent reputation. Good to know that your satisfied with their product. Which property is that if I may ask?
Aria luxury residence looks amazing. Any ideas if this can be rented for a 1/3 month period initially, to later renew for a longer term lease? I'm visiting KL soon for a 3 month trip to explore, and hopefully make it my permanent home.
@@JackChang27 I understand. I guess will look at this once I've decided on my longer term stay. Presumably the typical long term rentals in Malaysia are for 1 year contracts, with a 6 month lockin?
Typically , it's 1 year contract but no lock in period per se. Deposit is usually 2.5~3 months but could be more for foreigners without strong background (local employment, university acceptance letter...etc)
Yeap, absolute beauty indeed with a very good location. You can reach out to the specialist agent, Eric, to enquire more, using this Whatsapp link: wa.link/2mlqt1
@@ben1singh Don't be dumb prick. First and foremost, I'm not an agent. Second, there's a dedicated agent for this video, of which the WhatsApp link is shared and pinned at the top of the comments section.
@@ben1singh Hence, the reason when I replied, I shared the WhatsApp link of the specialised agent for this property. I'm a property TH-camr and property investor. Once again, don't be a dumb prick.

Thank you for the full gym walkthrough at 34:03. With so much space in the gym, why didn't the install a rack or at least a Smith machine?!

Hmphhh....1~3 months is too short a period for such property rental. You would likely need to get a AirBnB instead.
