The project has not received hot cake response actually. It is not cheap and I think what's provided are compatible with the price. I couldn't appreciate your so wow and impressed towards this project 😅 the design theme is not clear, feel a bit rojak, some european style, some resort style... neither do i impressed with the mini waterpark, skateboard... maybe parents like it. Anyhow is individual preference.

The amount of defects (as observed by number of stickers) seems scary, but this is is quite normal for any units. As long the developer fixes the issue in the required time, then thats fine

The addition of upper and below panels for all windows opens up the room even more. Kitchen is a good size, nice canvas to build your dream kitchen.

My comment: 1. Selling price like you mentioned, too pricey, and the building specs are not matching accordingly. Leasehold? Then it is unable to justify with the selling price. Aurum residence is a freehold property and selling it lower than this. 3. Too close to highway and very noisy. 3. Serviced apartment and next to office suite. For own stay, i would prefer Aurum. 4. Layout totally losing out to Aurum.

Perhaps can do a site review for maple residence too :)

Can't wait for aurum (the opposite development) to be completed and hopefully they are able to deliver like how they did with aster residence @ cheras (also love your review of that property!! haha)

All under same group but the material quality and unit finishing doesn’t match with the pricing.. door..lockset etc..paint job also lousy…unit layout also not practical.. for me i will never consider to purchase from this developer

Young friend.me not to criticise.but as agent u point like tht no body can understand.as agent made sure there signboard pointing where to go.no direction board people just get confuse.possible will not buy.agents also must tell the building owner.cannot all customer tell.then customer know the heart of an good agents.responsible of wht there promote.
