You have not mentioned the prices of the condos, which you should state on this video so that your subscribers know if they want to buy an apartment.
No, not necessary. The agent's contact is there for viewers to contact for further enquiry. The supply (units available - layout, direction, floor) always changes and hence, the price of it. Thus, viewers are to contact the agent for the latest availability.

Yeah, the way this serviced apartment is positioned, is really all about convenience and best bang for buck. Thriving retail on the ground floor, near to city centre, train station within walking distance. As for facilities, it's the basic stuff, yet, affordable to maintain. This developer has done such execution before and it's generally successful. Hence, no surprises that they did the same thing here.

Is the noise/dust from the highway bad? I have an upcoming unit facing the main road n i usually like to open my windows and balcony during the day
Noise wise, it's fine and acceptable to me, even for lower floors. This is because, the position of D' Vervain is further in and not along the main road itself, unlike D' Cosmos or D 'Quince. But as far as being dusty, can expect that to be around for the next few years, since there's still a large chunk of land in front of D' Vervain that is still undeveloped.

Sorry for the late reply. That building with the squarish / rectangular exterior? That's VIPOD Residence, it's a residential building indeed. Long list that I have, so unlikely to review that. Too expensive and not worth it
At least it's not crowded and back to back with other high rise, like what one would have in Mont Kiara or even KLCC area. This is decently well spaced.
Do they have a balcony?
No balcony. Instead, they have big windows, as per my review.
I would never put that Yoke steering wheel in my Model Y vehicle. They maybe nice for F1 race drivers on race tracks where the steering wheel does not turn that much, but definitely not for normal highway driving. Ridiculous.
Now that I've had it for awhile, I would say highway driving is surprisingly OK with it. Issue is only when you need to do things like 3-point turns or any turn that requires a full turn on the steering wheel. Ergonomics wise, yeah, not much different. More of the novelty and cool factor more than anything else.

Sure, you can do that, no issues at all ya. Most important thing is to register in advance.
Good stuff. That being said, to be really safe, still should measure for each and every property that is nearby a HTC? To get the exact reading.
Based on this video, one can roughly estimate, so not necessary to measure for each development. Unless the condo is literally right beside, 10m away, then yes, have to be concerned. Otherwise, based on estimation, if it's similar to this or further, then it's perfectly fine. Again, risk is higher from household appliances!

Well, let's put it like this. There are no cement bricks from what I understand. It's all red bricks, concrete and I beams.

Welcome. Well, for whatever reasons, multifunction Smith machines are very rare in condo gyms, even high end areas such as KLCC and Mont Kiara. Likely due to the utilization instead of the cost or the space that it requires.

They enable bench press, squats, overhead press and Romanian deadlifts - 4 essential exercises in a relatively compact space, with high safety and no noise from dropping plates. I saw them in every building I stayed at in Miami.
Yeah, I get what you mean. Such a versatile machine with so many types of exercise that one could do with it. It's much more common in private gyms in Malaysia, but for whatever reasons, rare indeed for condo gyms. 🤷♂️
The project has not received hot cake response actually. It is not cheap and I think what's provided are compatible with the price. I couldn't appreciate your so wow and impressed towards this project 😅 the design theme is not clear, feel a bit rojak, some european style, some resort style... neither do i impressed with the mini waterpark, skateboard... maybe parents like it. Anyhow is individual preference.
It has unique elements which are hard yo replicate, especially the facilities. If it's rare and well taken care off, supply of such residential units will be limited (compared to the overall property market). Hence, over time, good chance of appreciating and also maintaining demand. Mini water themepark is very understated. Such leisure entertainment, could easily cost RM20~RM50 per pax per entrance if this were to be a private park outside. Likewise, the low density, very hard to have such projects nowadays.

No studio units at this condo. Your best bet is to rent by room then.
