Patera, I'm crying with you this morning over what's happening to our country. I'm a senior who wants to leave California and move to SE Tennessee. I'm all alone and very scared right now. Please pray that I have the strength and courage to make this move. We are headed for uncharted waters, and I believe it's going to get VERY BAD IN AMERICA! I love you and watch your channel every day. I'm so proud of you and James and your American patriotism. So proud of everything you keep doing to try and wake Americans up! I believe we are going to have a food storage that's going to make the great depression look like happy times. 😢. God bless you and your entire family, Patera! We need you!

You CAN DO it. I am a female and deployed to Iraq with military for 3 months and to Afghanistan for 6 months all nearly age 50. It was difficult but I did it. Just get up and go and don't look back.
Prayers and best wishes on your cross country move! I want to move to a neighboring state this spring. My younger son and his wife already live there. Yesterday, I was offered a house to rent there, starting in May. That's a miracle! 🙏 I'm still nervous about the actual move and continuing to pray about the whole situation. I'm in my 60's.

Patara, my husband and I had a beautiful eagle fly in front of us on the road a while back. It was do profound that I researched it. I have Native American ancestry so I felt drawn to it. After researching for meaning of it, I was comforted by what I learned. Your inclination is very close. God bless you on your efforts to help the hurting whether they listen or not. One more share with you all.....we have given a practical gift for the past couple of years. This year we found a 10 inch Tfal skillet with a lid at Target. Not my favorite store but they had what we wanted. Everyone deserves a new nonstick skillet every once in a while....what can't you cook in a covered skillet?! I hope everyone feels our love as they use this skillet often. We love getting practical gifts in these times. In budget and useful.

I pray we all at least have the jobs we have now and the houses we have now.
Actually, we are going to put our house on the market and take whatever we can and live in alternative housing (domes) with hopefully no mortgage.
We are preparing for the possibility of one of us losing our jobs. We pray it does not happen, but getting prepared for when it does.
We are going into 2024 with no vehicle payments or mortgage looming. We hv worked hard to get things to this point. Both my hubby and I do our budget every Saturday, so that WE KNOW where our money goes. We hv 3 fur babies and no children. We cut a lot of TV services and discretionary spending, in order to pay off everything we could. It has truly helped the most to simply Talk about our spending habits. Anyway, I hope we are ready for 2024, cuz it looks scary.

I had a plane military flying low and circled around our home while we were on front deck. Followed it all around my house and then it just disappeared and couldn’t hear or see it anymore!

I never realized how valuable the time I spent with my Grandmother was - until now! She was born in 1911, lived 97 years, and endured some of the worst of our nation’s history. I’m prepared because she taught me by her frugal examples of being thrifty, and self sustainable! It was not “fun” to sit still and hand sew, cook from scratch, save everything for “a rainy day”…but NOW I’m grateful for those lessons!
When, I didn't appreciate my grandparents as much as I should have. I wished I'd spent more time with them. Listened to more stories! Absorbed more of their wisdom. I did love my grandpa's stories. He never met a stranger!

Our neighbor said the local Dollar Tree was stripped of the basics -soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hair clips, etc -the kind of items put in stockings, care packages, donations for the homeless. We're in our late 70s & feel we're okay but are adjusting our budget to a lower level and making sure we keep all supplies at a level we're comfortable with. Thank you for keeping all of us informed

Great video, but I want to remind everyone that in Christ, we do not live in a spirit of fear. God’s got this. Cast all you’re cares onto him. My hubby and I have been out of work for six months now. I have had dozens of interviews in my field and haven’t been able to land any of them. We truly are living by the Lord’s daily manna, and there is no greater joy than to be loved and supported by Him in this way. Find cheer this Christmas holiday, my friends. And let it that cheer sustain you throughout 2024. ✝️❤️

A few days ago my 16 yr old daughter said “Momma, we better really enjoy this Christmas because we don’t know what next Christmas will look like.”
It was a bitter sweet moment. I’m thankful she’s awake but it hurts this mommas heart to know from here on out things will likely be very different from all the years before.
I pray God be with us all over the world and strengthen us, sustain us and help us feel joy and love in our hearts always. Heal us of our infirmities so we can withstand with even greater strength. In Jesus’ name I humbly ask. Amen 🙏

My daughters in college now, and I always told her to shop the weekly ads for groceries. So I had her go to Albertsons and pick up groceries for me, and she was like wow mom how you get all that for just $60 dollars. You gotta learn to shop smarter start by using the weekly ads. I had $190 worth of groceries, but end up only paying $60 something dollars. When things are on sale, you guys got to buy alot of it so you don't have to buy it when you need it and it cost alot more. I got my sister 80lb of sugar for $16. So when things are on sale, buy. Do that every week with new sales, the next thing you know you will have a month , 3 months, 6 months, 1 year of food put away.
I do the same! If the limit is two, get two, etc! Albertson's has some great sales.👍
I've never heard of Albertsons.
This is how we shop. Buy the limit of sale items we use. And keep an eye on the clearance/dented shelves. These things really add up over time.
@@deborahstrickland9845 I think Kroger just bought Albertson out. I don't have an Albertson near me, but my daughter goes to LSU and they have one near her. So when she comes home she will bring all the items I asked her to pick up for me. Mostly shelf stable food.

I have had a sinking feeling in my gut since before Thxgiving and I’ve felt super emotional about the holidays too! Besides what I know about what’s going on in the world (I’ve been “awake” since way before the C situation was perpetrated upon the world) now I know I must have been sensing the jobs being lost by my precious daughter and SIL. One day I dropped 2 dead trees then started a bonfire. An eagle came from a nearby lake and soared high above, soared a circle around me, then headed away. Nature gives us what we need at the right time on occasion!

I'm feeling the same way u do this year. It was one of the toughest years we've ever had, I'm 60 years old. We've got to take joy in the little things. The younger ones having a rough time, the advice from our elders is priceless. The most important thing, our health, our togetherness within the family .Thank GOD for our faith❤
Anyone who is capable of saying, publicly, they were wrong and apologizing is good folk in my book. People are starting to wake up. I've seen it in my own family. My sister, who used to say I was crazy and too passionate about the state of our nation and our freedoms, has asked me, "How did you know so many years ago?" I told her I listened to my gut and God. No one should be afraid, though. Everyone who is willing to let the scales fall from their eyes and allow themselves to see the truth also needs to realize God placed them here now to face the future that is set before us because God has faith in us. God could have put all of us in a time and place that was simple and easier, but, He didn't. He made us strong, smart, and reliant. Anyone who comes out the other side of this will be a force to be reckoned with. Just as our forefathers were. They gave us examples to live by. If you are awake, you can do this, no matter how long it takes. It may last the rest of our lives, but God knows we can do this, so you need to know that you can do this. Fear is evil's number one weapon. God did not give us a spirit of fear. Just hang on tight to His hand and let Him lead you through the fog.

Preparing all I can, some people still think I'm putting up all my preps for no reason, my parents lived through the great depression. They always had food , medication, and other stuff put away when I was growing up. It is a lifestyle. What is coming will be worse than the 30's. I won't stop Preparing,and trying to get out of debt. I "hit a wall" last night. I'd been doing so well, getting ready. I'm not sleeping. My children don't see what's coming. I've tried to open their ears. Listening to your words today,..I fell to my knees and had a good cry, ...asking God to lift me up on angels wings and to give me strength and courage. I know He will! Started with a trash can farraday cage.....5 Gallon buckets of various foods stored and sealed.....buying vacant property with no restrictions. Moving. Building everything I have with my own two hands. And if you ask.....
Yes.....EVERYTHING BY MYSELF! Im a plumber by trade. But been exposed and involved in every aspect of building. My cabin. Barn. Sheds. A cabin for my marine son. And storing lots of food. Hidden water storage. Can't explain what happened to me. Woke up one morning and it hit me likena ton of bricks. I'm as ready as can be!!!!! And I'm also in Tennessee. South East. Near chattanooga

Patara, everyday I wake up and Thank God that in 2018 we ventured into our journey to start getting ready. We had already searched out a small homestead way N.E. in Washington State. Most of our family and friends were and are all woke in various degrees. When I wake up I am glad everyday that we took a stand and praised God that Jesus made it possible to be Happy under His Law. Some family members are slowly waking up and like you said, I know they must be feeling scared, not to mention humbled and stand silent. We are here if any should want to join us and they know this. It's not about being wrong, it's about doing the next best thing! Hugs and prayers to you Patara and the rest of the clan here on you tube.

I want everyone to know when you are at your low points keep strong. after farming for 50 years I was severly injured and lost all of my animals except for one. I can tell everyone after this small things are everything. The other day two of my outdoor cats came home. I cried for a long time. let the little things be your rock cause when you lose sometimes things you lost come back to you.

We also have many service members on bases. They are getting bombed continually, and the Senate won’t pull them out especially in Syria. Rand Paul tried to propose that they’re pulled out but of course the Senate voted to leaving them there because they don’t care. I think you’re right. Many are hurting. We had a tornado Sunday. My concern is for those who don’t have $$ for deductibles and for damages that insurance won’t cover. And believe me insurance companies aren’t exactly sympathetic to those of us with damage.

Oh how I feel your pain hun I had my replacement august first and it’s taken a toll on me I had my first one done three years ago and had no problem recovering but this one was a dozzy still trying to get stronger. You take care of yourself first and don’t over do it you’ll heal. Walking is very helpful if you can go out to do that when you’re using your cane. That helps with gaining your endurance but it definitely takes time. Praying for your healing and happy holidays to you.❤🙏🇺🇸💪🏼

Whats even sadder is that Ive seen "dumpster divers" get brand new items, clothing, toys, more from retail stores. That angers me, they would rather throw it away than donate it. 😢
When I started listening and interest rates started going up, it brought me out of my slumber. I started tightening my belt and crushed over $100,000 in debt. It is possible ... keep searching for savings and let go of the comfort items that aren't necessary.

My little family of 5 is my circle, I have been awake and stocking since before 2020, but have been also feeling so compelled to stock like never before and build my little 2 acre homestead like never before. We grow pigs, chickens, rabbits and huge gardens and 2 green houses, we have skills, but what happens when they face reality!!!!!!!! Praying everyday for God's Grace. Ms. Patara, don't give up hope. There are many of us who have changed because of you and your message. My husband and I may not have much and only live in a rented mobile home, but we are nearly debt free, no credit cards. I have learned at my age (56ys) how to can more of the food I grow, learned new methods of growing food (raised beds and Greenstalk towers) all due to the encouragement I receive from watching your videos. I was in the store this last wednesday..i filled my basket with 2 large ham hocks- limit 2 at .97c a pound. 10 rolls of grd beef with $3 off stickers..paid and put in truck and returned for rest of groceries.. (i shopp at 6 am) on my second check out i added 2 1/2 ham hocks- store limit and a very nice dressed gal said thats a lot of meat🤣, i responded with well since meat prices are going to get bad I need to stock up now. Top beef cuts just doubled and I need to feed my family..her response showed me she was clueless .😖I told her coming real soon a time when you won’t be able or wont want to go to the store.. again clueless….too many are still clueless
I agree with you. I have this inner pressure and feeling that not only is the train coming down the track but it's at the gate. I am a 70 year old window and I am still prepping. Keep up the fight don't go quietly into the night.
This awakening will be painful. You are doing such a divine justice and service to help. Ive always thought its gonna take a hit to the wallet for people to wake up! Take heart in knowing you are doing what you can to help. Take heart in knowing that they are waking up in their own way. Everyone has their own path to walk. Its going to make them stronger. I pray it brings them closer to truth. It will be grand when we get to the other side of this mess where we all can soar like the eagles. Patara, you have been a Huge inspiration to thousands. 2 years ago I didn’t even know what a “Prepper” was. Thanks to you and all you teach, I’m now a trail blazer! Christmas gifts this year are geared for the days ahead and homemade things such as vanilla extract I learned from you, homemade sourdough bread, board games the family can play, and a folding card table with jigsaw puzzles (two 500 pieces, two 1000 pieces). If the power goes out, the puzzles will help people keep their sanity! Also they will learn the value of experiencing things together rather than being on the Internet. Patara the only folks that are not aware are the ones not paying attention. And trust me there are a lot of people like that and they are many different ages. Young, middle age, and older. I think those people will understand when they lose their jobs. thank you to You and James for putting it out there.
Whenever you do a video about paying attention I feel compelled to comment that the Lord brought me to this place to hear his voice through you. I heard put more food up. I heard the message of getting five more cans. I heard put more pasta away. I heard you speak about weak men (mine does not support all that I do BUT he does not stop me either) and to not let that stop the mamas from feeding their babies. I have continued the best way I have been able to and now I am organizing my home before the holidays so we can rest and enjoy the family coming to visit. Happy Holidays to all!

100% in agreement with you today Patara! Thank you for sharing your heart. We're in the northeast and we are seeing the dollar stores empty up here too. We keep praying and prepping no matter who agrees or disagrees with us. We dropped off compost to a family member's garden yesterday. They may not believe what's happening all around them but we are gonna keep helping to get them as prepared as possible. God bless your Nana on her birthday! Patara just wanted to share, we have stories about the eagle. For my husband and I, over our lifetime together in moments of despair or great sadness, the eagle has always circled over us. It's timing is impeccable. Amazingly, when we have these moments, and thank God they're not frequent, but when we have these moments, we have come to look for the eagle. Sometimes we have to look a little harder, but he is always there, and we always find him. Immediately, we are relieved, and are reminded that God is always with us, that God has us. I wish more people would learn to literally look for an eagle when moments are rough. I can't really describe the peace and the love we experience, when at these times we find the eagle flying above us. Merry Christmas to you and your family. Thank you for all that you do. Eagles fly above the storm towards the heavens and so must we who understand what is happening. Keep your eyes on the Lord.
Youngest was here last month. He built a two room wigwam for his family. He is a veteran. Pushed his disabled body hard to do this. I could see he was driven. He said if things got bad, he would have a place to be and help with the family.
The older kids share a paid for home. Their jobs are such that they will continue to work. I have been informed that they will be coming home when things get bad. Oldest boy says we have the best land to be sustainable as a family. I guess they have been listening.

This last week I have been off work, starting my vacation, I usually take a few weeks at Christmas to spend time with family and have time off in winter where I’m not that busy. But my wife has had a medical issue and me being home with the kids has helped a lot. Haven’t gotten much done and the house is untidy, I’m not the greatest housekeeper, can’t do it like my wife. But the kids were fed, happy and kept busy. We will have a good Christmas and will spend time with not just my family but my folks etc. lot of food.

Husband and I were buying groceries yesterday, you could feel the panic, uncertainty, fear; it ran through the store like an electric current.
People are tapped out, broke and scared. Could not get out of there fast enough because it makes me so sad, and so damn mad because the truth is, it does not have to be like this.

I have a very liberal friend. She is one of my best friends. We had a Christmas party last night and ahe and i started talking about prepping, food storage, and the economy. We are right there in the SAME minset. Neither one of us knew that eachother are putting food up. We had a few disagreements in the past couple years that were hurtful to our friendship. Yesterday we pretty much agreed on everything. I did leave politics out, but i feel like we both know the reason for the hardships. We didn't need to speak about them anymore.

I have a friend with a network of friends who adopts a family for the holidays and does so much good work. This year we adopted a father (raising 4 kids alone) and they will have a great Christmas!! She also collected enough hygeine stuff and non-perishable food to make 50-80 bags for the homeless. Then collect ed coats, hats, gloves, sweaters and scarves for the homeless. Such a giving caring group if people!!😊❤
