- This was mostly just a quick video as I was going to DCC Thomas, so wanted to try and do a video on it while putting in the decoder, was a bit disappointed that I couldn't fit the decoder and that board in, but I did have too much wire in the way. Might attempt adding it back in at some point, but happy to have Thomas DCC'd now!

This is great. I was just thinking about buying the Thomas, Annie, and Claribel set and thought 'I wonder how easy/possible it is to put a DCC decoder in there'. This was the first Google result and is very straightforward. Thanks!
You're welcome and glad it was helpful! And yes there's just about space for a decorder, though do recommend being careful with the body as the red lining is fragile, first time I ended up somehow smudging the lines when trying to fit the body back on!

Hoping someone does, did find out the chassis is rather popular in the OO9 community so might be of use for them if they decide to DCC the chassis too.
What decoder did you put into this model?
If I recall correct, it was a MX616F Zimo Micro, hope that helps!
