Great video mate. In about 5 minutes, I changed & installed my visor with little trouble thanks to your video. Saved me at least $100-$200 dollars at the dealership!
To anyone else needing to do this same job, this video will help you out greatly [IMHO].

Here's a problem I ran into replacing the 2010 RAV4 driver side visor. I was able to do the replacement as shown on this video. Great video by the way, the only one I could find to show how it is done easily enough. So, after a few weeks of driving around I notice the plastic cover was coming loose from one side. I kept pushing on it with my finger, harder and as hard as I could, even using the handle end of a screwdriver to try to get it to lock into place. A couple of times it looked like it was good but soon after starting coming loose again. I finally decided to take it all apart and re-install. I quickly found out that this is a one time install, at least for me. I ended up losing the spring clips one at a time into the roof of the car, The second one was lost when I tried to push the plastic cover piece into the spring clip to try and use only one clip to make the visor usable. I just got off the phone with NAPA and of course they have no spring clip parts for this visor. I called my local Toyota dealer parts department and the guy could not see anywhere on his computer a separate spring clip part. So, I have to sink another $79 into doing this once again. After close inspection of the roof and the mounting I noticed that the one side that would not hold tight has a slightly larger distance from the mount to the headliner. I believe this is what is causing me not to be able to push the plastic retainer cover into that one spring clip. If you look at the plastic retainer there are two plugs or square pieces that shove into the spring clips tightly and each one has a tiny plastic locking tab to hold it from pulling out with little force. This is why you see in the video our guy here is having a difficult time getting the plastic retainer to break free I believe. I just sick to have to shell out double the cash for this again and also in fear that I may not be able to get that one side to click into place. I do not want the visor to come loose of course and fall into my wife's lap or mine while driving. Good luck with this Toyota piece of crap engineering. I hope you have better luck than I did.

I'm having the similar issue. One side of the clip is so loose that the braket won't stay inside the hole. No matter what I try, it won't stay. Now I'm out of ideas how to secure the visor, and I'm not sure if there's a solution. I think Toyota did a horrible job designing this.
