How did u fix the brake pedal ? I think it comes like that stock. I just got mine and I noticed that I have to really press down to engage the rear brakes.
It's been a long time since I did it, but there is an adjustor with a locknut and an adjusting nut along the brake line or attached to the pedal itself. I found one that's fairly cheap and it's in really good condition so I'm going to purchase it and I hope I ride as well as you do with the same type of attitude. I also have a wife that is scared to death that I'm purchasing this bike because she would be mybut you trust me so that's fantastic and that gives me the energy and Truth to get one of these bikes and just ride it like you said till the wheels come off. If there's anything you can tell me about this bike specifications or any little tricks I would be glad to hear them if you post another video on it. Hey man that was an awesome video man but yes the camera is wayyyyyyy to low keep it in the same place but add adhesive tape to the bottom of the sticky mount to tilt it up
Call me weird for all I care. I own a '12 Vulcan 1700 Classic and '15 Hayabusa and still own both. Just bought a used '09 GZ250 with only 12 miles yesterday with intent to use it as a commuter and around town. Just getting used to going from powerful bike to what I would almost call way way underpowered. :) But I am getting used to having to move the throttle a bit more to give it a push versus the hayabusa where you only have to twist a few millimeter and it really moves. I took it out for a spin for 40 miles yesterday around town and it is a great bike to have while saving lots of fuel. While the Vulcan is more comfortable than this bike, it is surprising that I was more comfortable than I thought I would be on this bike while being 6'4". Oh yes, motorcycle training course is the best investment. TH-cam videos will get you by but actual course is best. When I got my first bike, my plan was to get a 50cc scooter but no. 250cc motorcycle? No. I ended up with '06 Suzuki Boulevard C50T as my first bike with no regret. After trying this GZ250, I realized how much I would have regretted buying it as a first bike if I had wanted to travel. Being a big guy, it would have been way underpowered for what I want it to do (traveling involving freeways and hills) even though it can be done. Since I already own well capable bikes, this bike is a great addition to my riding collection (in my opinion) since it is not costing me anything more on my current insurance after playing with the numbers with the insurance company.
Torontoskate7 I am 6'2", with a 38" inseam. It's a blast to ride for short distances for me, but any long trips would make my knees start to hurt. If you have long legs and a short torso, I'd go with something a little bigger, or at least plan on making some adjustments to the shifter and rear brake placements.

Just passed the MSF course and found a 2007 gz250 for $2500. I’m taller but this looks like a fun bike to learn on.
