@@herongregoire5751 If i am remembering correctly you have to remove the bolts from under the rear fender. I believe there are three. Then the entire assembly comes off. Thats how ti get the light off and change bulbs.

Do you remember what size and where you bought the saddlebags ?

Hello, thank you for the question. These bags/boxes were really nice for the GZ250. It comes with some mounting brackets that you have to manipulate to work with the bike. It took me awhile and a few trips to the hardware store to have a solid fitment. The ones I bought were about $50.00. The link below takes you to the bags but the price has gone up to 90 something. Inflation, isnt it great.
If you do choose to install these feel free to reach out for advice. It was a tough but rewarding job.

Great video, I have a 99 which is the same color as your bike. Have you had problems starting your bike around 40 degrees? I just can't get my bike to start. It takes about 30 seconds of cranking to start it when it's 50 degrees.
    Thanks a bunch!!!

I am sad that I sold mine. Such a bullet proof bike. Hearing how you are having cold starting issues here is what I would check.
      Spark plug and/or gap setting.
Check condition and gap setting. Should be changed 7-10,000 miles
      Fuel petcock operation.
These sometimes get gunked up and cold weather can make it even worse. It's pretty simple to take apart. It can be done on the bike. But drain the tank first. The diaphragm and the holes should be clear and clean. The diaphragm should be soft and move without issue.
      Worse case scenario, compression check.
These bikes will blow the head gasket and you won't even really know because they have no water to show up in exhaust. Check the compression to see if it's that.
Do you need a service manual? I have a link to a digital pdf one. Let me know.

@@cobravids I replaced the spark plug yesterday and had my petcoc valve rebuilt last spring. I will check the compression. I don't have a compression tester but Mt buddy has one for cars. Thread pattern the same?
      Thanks William
