Thank you for taking me up there AL. i'm 72 years of age and doubt wether i could do that climb! Stunning presentation as usual. Keep safe and well and enjoy your dream.
I love that you can just look at a mountain that many would never even try to climb and you look at it and say “yea I’m gonna climb that today” without a second thought. Keep up the amazing content man!
Another superb adventure Alan. Beautifully photographed in a Spanish mountain range. Incredible views, the sunset and sunrise were spectacular. Thanks for taking us there.
Thankyou so much Alan, i needed this, after a god awful day you arrived on my screen again. Your positive attitude is infectious and turned my evening around! Keep doing what you are doing mate, you are my favourite vlogger on TH-cam by a country mile. Infact after a bad day i always tune in. Say hi to blue dog 🐕 💙
I really like scrambling like this. Great to just sip wine up there by yourself. Proper bliss. Good to meet you in person today, Alan. Weldone for running hard.
Your drone footage added so much more perspective to this adventure. Gotta give a thumbs up to the group of hikers that figured out ways up & down & marked the routes for guys like you to follow. PHD equipment including booties; I'm envious every time I see you wearing any of their gear. Warm Regards from Reno, Nevada, U.S.A.
Blue water in the pool...but where's the Bluie dog 😁. Not in Poland. Not in Spain. We need Blue back Allan 🤣. Just a bit of fun. I'm really enjoying your episode with a few beers 🍺
Been going to the Alps for a week a year for , like, 25 trips. Wondered about Spain for ages for a nice warm scramble, this has got my mind thinking....great film. Love a nice long free scramble 👌
OH MY GOSH, MEMORIES ❤ I spent 18 days traveling around beautiful SPAIN .. magnificent trip and must say my favorite destination.. your views were BREATHTAKING ❤ So glad you made it back down SAFE...❤🐕 .. see you on the next video 😊🐕
What an amazing an experience! Such stunning views. I used to be able to do stuff like this a few years ago now but sadly with osteoarthritis in my knee, it's just no longer possible. It's just too painful. But you help to bring to life some amazing adventures which I can still appreciate. Thank you!
Spain came out of left field Al, didn't expect that. Thanks once again though for taking us on your adventures. Sue and I look forward to your next surprise wherever that might be. Cheers
Compare the tidiness of that summit shelter and the one on Ben Nevis. Those lights on the plains were mesmerising, top film all together. Nice one Al The 🐐 ❤
Waow, what a place! Stunning! Spectacular scenery, great scramble. The rock formations were really interesting particularly the undulating ridges and the way the mountains rise straight up from the flat valley. Thank you!
You commented on the path markers, all the eay throughout the Alps from Slovenia and to the far west they are superbly located, visible even in snow. As too are the signposts marked hours/mins to the destinations.
What a sunset and vista from there Al - fantastic colours at night. Can't beat a bit of via ferrata, especially in the warm sunnier climes - not sure i'd go for it on a soggy cold January day up round Malham !!
Really interesting watch that one! Very different to the Lake District. I’d be confident going up but coming down looked tricky. I think I’d have given the vino blanco a miss 😊
wow what a video those rock colours are fantastic and what a scramble, climbing down really tests your metal. Can understand why people move to Spain. Thanks for sharing Al.
Lovely episode! Blue would love it also. A great shelter, tidy and clean. I remember once you came across one somewhere here and it was awful, dirty and tomes of rubbish. ❤
Oh Al this was all sorts of epic!! That traverse tho!! 😬😬 jeez, much rather you than me.. but love how you're getting out and about, visiting new places and having an absolute blast! 👌
Gotta give 2 big thumbs up for those hikers who figure out the way up & down mountains & mark routes for guy like you. Warm Regards from Reno, Nevada, U.S.A.
Hey, my TH-cam Renaissance Man. Huge respect from USA. The daunting repels that you do and then have to do it again to retrieve the camera are intense! So nice to have family that lives in a Spanish villa. Was that firebox/stove actually mounted on the wall in the hut? I’ve never seen that before. I love it when I get the notification that you’ve posted.
La Vega Baja de Segura …. Used to be entirely under water in Roman times by all accounts. The drone footage was phenomenal! Thanks for getting me to the top and safely back down again! Hahaha. Ps. You must be out of your tiny mind!
Nice one Al. Yeah, that was a bit of a gnarly scramble, looked great. You seemed and looked alot happier there in Spain than you did in Poland. Not gonna push it, but I felt something wasn't quite right with you in Poland. Well done, glad to see you back at your b
Thanks for sharing Al, what another great video, amazing shots, I absolutely love the drone footage. Glad to see you back. Miss your videos, miss Blue too. Hope he's doing ok. xx
You crack me up 😂 70p wine, tight get! Stunning views, got me excited this for my thru hike and wild camping in Portugal next week. Sunshiiiiinnnneeee!!!! Can’t wait 😁
Great video, Al. Although I’ve been to Portugal and Italy many times, I’ve never been to Spain. It reminds me so much of Southern California , the mountains, that is.
Cracking that mate nice mountain refuge. We’ve a family holiday home up the coast at torrevieja. I’ve kitesurfed many a time down on the mar menor at La manga. Hasta luego
Great video, Al. Although I’ve been to Portugal and Italy numerous times, I’ve never been to Spain. I can’t believe how much it reminds me of Southern California.
You're a brave lad to scramble up & down steep paths with drops to take your breath away. On another subject. Spain doesn't have any dangerous dangerous snakes. I don't think they have any scorpions. Thanks
Get a light weight climbing harness and Via Ferrata set, you could then film the sketchy bits! Go do the Murren Via Ferrata in Switzerland 🇨🇭- it’s amazing!
Hello my fellow Yorkshire mate , another great video , 21' nice beats the weather in Skipton . Just watched your video in the bad weather in lake district with Blue. Catch you laters mate .
Have you considered Almanzor in the Picos de Gredos? Second highest on the Spanish mainland. Think Black Cuillin but twice the height (8500ft)and more extensive. Stunning climb from El Plataforma car park with a Refuge at the halfway point but it is an easy full day climb in summer. Enough in the East and West sections to keep you happy for days. Usually snow in Winter but perhaps not at present. Watch out for the mountain goats! Stay at the village of Hoya del Espinos in a large house run by an English couple, when we were there.
Cracking video as always Al 👍 That was a hell of a summit cairn and what a view with a fantastic sunset and sunrise! Bit of a change from the British climate for you aswell 😁
I admire the person that did the scramble in their overalls, carrying a pot of yellow paint, white paint, green paint, brushes and white spirit 😉
😂 I agree. Some old boy painter who’s spent his life up a ladder.
Thank you for taking me up there AL. i'm 72 years of age and doubt wether i could do that climb! Stunning presentation as usual. Keep safe and well and enjoy your dream.
Thanks for joining me👍👍👍
I love that you can just look at a mountain that many would never even try to climb and you look at it and say “yea I’m gonna climb that today” without a second thought. Keep up the amazing content man!
I do like a challenge 😉👍
My legs are still shaking watching you climb up and back down! But man, those views!
Awesome! Thank you for taking me with you. ❤
Another superb adventure Alan. Beautifully photographed in a Spanish mountain range. Incredible views, the sunset and sunrise were spectacular. Thanks for taking us there.
Thanks. It was definitely one of my favourites ☺️
Awesome, as always dude! Keep up the amazing work. 👊🏻
That was such a fun watch, I’m amazed at the terrain you traverse in just trail shoes!
That’s awesome. I’m glad it rubs off on you👊👊👊
I really like scrambling like this. Great to just sip wine up there by yourself. Proper bliss. Good to meet you in person today, Alan. Weldone for running hard.
I had sweaty palms just watching that climb 😅
Your drone footage added so much more perspective to this adventure.
Gotta give a thumbs up to the group of hikers that figured out ways up & down & marked the routes for guys like you to follow.
PHD equipment including booties; I'm envious every time I see you wearing any of their gear.

Thanks my friend. The route marking in Europe are generally really good. You don’t get them in the UK
That's one hell of a sunset and sunrise, you earned that one! Nice bit of Vivaldi too!

Is Blue with your father when you're abroad?
Amazing watch.looked well sketchy on the way down 😂
Good I thought Blue made his own YT channel😂
Been going to the Alps for a week a year for , like, 25 trips. Wondered about Spain for ages for a nice warm scramble, this has got my mind thinking....great film. Love a nice long free scramble 👌
I’m sure there are some amazing routes in Spain. Get researching 😉👍
Marvellous trip - what a view! Thank you so much for doubling your distance for us when it was safe to do so.
😂 I definitely climbed the mountain twice
@@BUSHMANandBLUEyou’re definately wired differently to me!
Cracking video as always Mate, but still no sign of the main Man . Old Blue must be enjoying himself, somewhere as well, lol .😂😂😂
Beautiful views. Nice to see some place new. Thanks for all you do! Hope to see Bluei dog soon.
OH MY GOSH, MEMORIES ❤

Probably one of the best videos I’ve seen for a long time, just love what you are doing 👍
It’s one of my best I’d say. I loved it👍
Fantastic vlog! My heart was in my mouth when you were climbing the rock face to the summit! Even worse on the way down 😂 Just Wow! Thanks Al 😊
Thanks Bev I’m glad I can give you some fear through a camera 😂😂😂
What an amazing an experience! Such stunning views. I used to be able to do stuff like this a few years ago now but sadly with osteoarthritis in my knee, it's just no longer possible. It's just too painful. But you help to bring to life some amazing adventures which I can still appreciate. Thank you!
Well it’s great I can take you along. It’s a good message to younger people too to use their body whilst it works well👍👍👍
Loved the music and the views.....great video.
Spain came out of left field Al, didn't expect that. Thanks once again though for taking us on your adventures. Sue and I look forward to your next surprise wherever that might be. Cheers
Cheers Pete. I’ll keep surprising you👍
Awesome, "just WOW!"
And as always a great choice of soundtracks for the stunning drone footage.🎉
Take care, stay safe.
Thanks. I do spend some time trying to find the best music to suit but I always like the end result 😬
Compare the tidiness of that summit shelter and the one on Ben Nevis. Those lights on the plains were mesmerising, top film all together. Nice one Al The 🐐 ❤
I, too, thought the interior was as neat & clean as I've ever seen.
Warm Regards from Reno, Nevada, U.S.A.
Your climb, the view, the mountains are all magnificent! Thank you for sharing with us and I'm glad you put safety first!

"International Man of Mystery" - good one!
Warm Regards from Reno, Nevada, U.S.A.
Brilliant video! Nice to see how other countries do their mountains. The prominence was outstanding. The weather looked slightly better than the uk!
Brilliant video, views, we enjoyed every moment. Well done, very interesting watch. Keep your videos coming 😊
Amazing views and Spain has some impressive mountains , clambered up mulhachen in October, stunning there too with lots of snow , well worth a visit
Waow, what a place! Stunning! Spectacular scenery, great scramble. The rock formations were really interesting particularly the undulating ridges and the way the mountains rise straight up from the flat valley. Thank you!
Wow! Stunning view at the top. Like the marking of the route up…very helpful. Also better weather than we sometimes see you in
You commented on the path markers, all the eay throughout the Alps from Slovenia and to the far west they are superbly located, visible even in snow. As too are the signposts marked hours/mins to the destinations.
Mate what a sunset view 👌 All the upping and downing for footage is appreciated aswell 😂 50% extra graft 🙌
It was definitely a special night up there with that sunset👌
What a sunset and vista from there Al - fantastic colours at night. Can't beat a bit of via ferrata, especially in the warm sunnier climes - not sure i'd go for it on a soggy cold January day up round Malham !!
Yes I came back to this horrible weather 😂
Really enjoyed this episode, Al. Feels like it’s been a while since you released a video like this! 👍🏻
Loved the video. Those mountains have a look and feel so different to ours. Great adventure and superb views.
Really interesting watch that one! Very different to the Lake District. I’d be confident going up but coming down looked tricky. I think I’d have given the vino blanco a miss 😊
I don’t drink much but I really enjoyed my time having a drink😬

Winter temperatures are perfect! I’d live out there for a couple months in winter👌
Lovely episode! Blue would love it also. A great shelter, tidy and clean. I remember once you came across one somewhere here and it was awful, dirty and tomes of rubbish. ❤
Yes it was nice to be in a clean shelter although the foot traffic here would be 1000 times less than on Ben Nevis.
Oh Al this was all sorts of epic!! That traverse tho!! 😬😬 jeez, much rather you than me.. but love how you're getting out and about, visiting new places and having an absolute blast! 👌
18:07 nice! I only thought he brought some alcohol, it would be perfect … well, a few seconds later 🍷
😂it was lovely having a drink up there👌
Amazing video, Al rather you than me 😊
As always, thank you for another amazing video!
I found similar hiker's helpers with ropes and bars when I did the Rheinsteig in Germany
Gotta give 2 big thumbs up for those hikers who figure out the way up & down mountains & mark routes for guy like you.

It was wall mounted. It would have been nice to light it but then I’d have to carry up the wood. Thanks 👍👍👍
Nice find on top of mountain. Fab video Al
Great little outing . Love the tunes too. Found myself thinking it may be time to revive the saying “touching cloth” on that descent 😂
😂😂😂 it would be quite apt
Amazing video!!. Welcome to Spain .
Absolutely amazing al great work hope to see you and blue out on mountains soon ❤😊wahhoooo aaaaaarrrrrr yes what a life eyyyy 😂
Absolutely fantastic and such a stunning sunset ❤

Fantastic that mate, cracking climb and descent and how cool was the bothy 👌. Hope you've had a great break 🤙

Cracking video as always Al 👍 That was a hell of a summit cairn and what a view with a fantastic sunset and sunrise! Bit of a change from the British climate for you aswell 😁
Thanks mate. I loved this one👌
Nice one, that route looks great fun. What pack is that you've got? Been looking for something like that for lightweight summer trips.
That’s the Rab Aeon 28. Pretty comfy but might not fit a much bigger body than mine. You’d have to try one on.
Spain has a great temperature during the winter. I am getting a desert vibe, a little more dry than the UK. 🇪🇸 🇬🇧
Fab video as always,
