A first test for my van conversion sleeping out in it for two nights at Uisken Beach. It’s an amazing place costing just £5 per person per night (no facilities) which has easy access to the sea for some kayaking or paddle boarding. Kayaking to the immense Carsaig Arches which I show off with the drone in their full glory. An awesome adventure and the van is mint!!!

Its so great to see the arches from the sea and the drone footage. I've walked to them from Carsaig Pier and it was a bit of a trek (had to give up and turn back on our first attempt then succeeded 2 years later) You must've worked non stop on the van to get it ready for a trip away. Looking forward to watching more van adventures 👍 Katie

I worked on the roads on Mull in the 1960s. One of my jobs was in a quarry drilling holes for the dynamite. I was invited to set the dynamite off ... 3 hundredweight of it. "BOOM! .... and the workers cars got showered with rocks and stones!

A good maiden voyage, Al. The Isle of Mull (Where McCartney used to have a farm in the seventies), looks quite photogenic. The drone footage was excellent, crystal clear with some great angles and good exposure. Looking forward to the next part. The world's your oyster now, al. Keep on keeping on.👍

Camped in same spot, used to be £1, 10 years ago, so not too bad inflation.
Paddle to carsaig arches looked awesome, it’s a interesting walk to them from Carsaig, some interesting four-legged locals enroute, with sea-eagles overhead. Glorious Mull. 👏👏
If they put in a toilet block they could charge loads. It’s about perfect! Happy with a fiver😉

Brilliant vid. These little van adventures are going to make for great viewing! Loving the internal/external temp gauge - it gives a real feel for how cosy it is in there 🥰 That feeling of hours of exertion followed by food, warmth and bed. Top bombing 👍 James.

Mulls a great place spent many times camping there. Lots of wildlife and bird watching goes on there. Don't be surprised in the middle of nowhere you come across groups of people set up with their big telephoto lenses. Really enjoyed the kayaking, you could have taken a tent and a night pack and camped up on one of those spots, as ever wonderful 👍
