  • In this video I talk about a training breakthrough I recently had while doing my sprint training this off season. I learned that not engaging my core and the positioning of my hips while I was running was causing my technical issues. I am still working on fixing this issue but I describe how I hit a breakthrough and am going about fixing similar issues in my training.
