Very nice remodel. Great family home. Love the choices they made with the colors, granite and tile choices. I really like what they did with the powder room. It’s really pretty. I love the old school floor plan and the step down into the family room. The pool and backyard are beautiful. This is a very nice home!

For my own opinions, very nice family home. I liked the cohesive paint colors and the different though similar windows throughout. I didn't like the separation between dining and living, would have preferred it be between kitchen and dining. Easy fix, switch the family room to the dining room, enlarging the living room. The pantry could be repurposed into a dining room supplies and linen closet. The backyard privacy fence is great, as is the pool and yard.
