It's the humidity that makes Florida so awful any time after the middle of May. Florida is ok from October to May. In the summer in Vegas you just live like a rock star, sleep all day and come out at night. Even tourist areas in Florida close by 10pm. Vegas is always open! 😊
This house made my top 10 list. This DR Horton house is a good modernist design. These designs are good. The 3rd floor loft is an excellent use of space. This vid is also one of CK's best fence hops. You could hear the two octave jump. :-) Ouch. Love you man.

These are great designs. Horton had a 2870 I think that had the floating stairwell over an interior rock garden. It was a great design except the 2nd floor loft was a bit small. The open stairwell defined the space between kitchen and family rooms in a single great room. You could open the sliding glass doors on the interior entry courtyard and the back yard and have one complete indoor / outdoor room, given you spray for critters. All of the four designs have (had) this great interplay between inside and outside. Some of the secondary bedrooms would incorporate balconies that emphasized the indoor / outdoor living.
I like this house, the master suite was amazing! The 3rd floor would be my sewing room and off limits to everyone except me and the cat. I semi moved into this house in my head. I have to remember that we want a single story home.
Kitchen countertop may appear to be 3 inches thick but not the whole slab. They stacked the edges only to make it looks thicker. A common builder’s trick
I am not a fan of the exterior but it is a good house. Sometimes less is more to me. The dining is a little tight. Master bath is small. However, I am the type of person who likes to utilize every space in the house. But like you said, there is no 10/10. I do like the 3rd floor for chilling and the yard you just showed. I will simply add seats there and the casita is a plus for its value. Probably 8/10. I like a single or 2 storey homes than 3. Nice tour and honest opinions. Keep it coming chakits 👍

Love your videos, this house is so odd though, you enter it and then you're outside again. hahahahaha no pool at 600k is just stupid. If you buy a home in Vegas for 500k or more and it has no pool you don't know what you're doing.
pantry door should open outwards in that situation, the right side storage shelf is blocked by the door, you'd have to go inside and close the door at least partially to retrieve something from that side 💡
This is a nice house in a nice area. The views of the mountains are what I always like. The only thing is the master bedroom being to close to that room. Other than that its a nice house. Good views, nice backyard, the balcony's and the huge master is dope.

You mentioned the bathroom wasn't to your liking, but I thought it was nice... I'd even consider skipping the tub in favor of a larger shower stall and larger walk-in closet. Also, do you think theres an option to not have the front balcony at all - just have all part of the bedroom? Good showing, Chakits!!
Closets, laundry room, and pantry could be larger, bathrooms maybe larger. Other than that I like the floor plan. Front door doesn't have too much glass in it. And that's good. 3 story home it’s not for me it’s nice home but in my opinion it has a lot of thing that I would not like for my house like when u go in and there a big spot with a fire place I would prefer that to be part of the living room and the back yard it big enough to have a pool not a big pool but something to cool down I guess I have an issue cause I love water and I’m always look for pool homes

Love your channel but please don't start with the guest rooms when you do a tour. Leave those for last and start with the living room, kitchen and master bedroom.
I feel like this model home is OVER-STAGED/STYLED....like they're trying too hard make you feel it's worth 600k base price...that pantry is a bit too small for 600k base....and that guest suite right at the entrance is a bit strange...Isn't that suppose to be an office space?...Why is it being marketed as a "guest suite"?....and for this 600k base price, there should be atleast a small Jacuzzi in the back....There's just something off about this house and I really can't put my finger on it....NICE HOUSE but they'll have to drop it to 480k base price to make sense for me.....600k should be fully loaded....
