@@andrewguiant I don't know too many people that can afford in the " millions" range, unless you are coming from CA, I don't know if you have 300K to 490k range, with interest rates the way they are, I don't see or hear anybody willing to pay the price some of these homes are going for, I know the demand is high. But it would be nice to see if there are any in that range.

Your commentary adds a lot of value to the videos. this one looks rushed, and i was actually getting a little motion sickness. i like your value added take on the property and details that you point out. plus i'm missing your sense of humor! so stick to these videos to reflect who you are. otherwise this could have been just some generic home video tour, lacking character, humor, and detailed insight on the property.

I would never buy a home in Las Vegas, especially for $5 million super hot. There’s not much to do there. What are you gonna do go to red rock every day? And lounge around 117 to 120° heat no thank you you can buy a house in Texas on the coast for $5 million and basically have a mansion.
Sadly I can’t wait for a real estate wake up and pricing come Crashing down.

Gorgeous house, finally one I really like. But for me it is to far from the 15, I would be further from my kids than I am now. Also I would be afraid of scorpions and snakes being that far out. Doesn't matter because when I am ready to buy it won't be available.

Outside is fantastic, but im sorry the inside is ugly too many different finishes, and it looks like something out of the 90's
