Metronome and Rage Fist boosts stacking onto eachother and completely ignoring the stat nullification is quite literally the best thing going for Annihilape.
You mistook Payback for Assurance. Assurance does double if Mewtwo took damage before you moved (it kinda works in raids if you use it as you are seeing an attacking animation from allies). Payback does double when you are hit first
I think the smartest strategy was just not attacking for the first two turns not only let's your allies lower mewtwo's stats but also never gives mewtwo the chance to use calm mind against you. Nicely done 😎

Requiring specific setup help from other mons just so can survive to do it doesn't make you a good choice for the raid as you will not find that help all the time. Granted in this raid that issue isn't too apparent as for some reason I find raids with 3 mews using struggle bug support sets with no actual attackers

Wow! I was unlucky, my mew has fighting type tera form (I didn’t terastallize it) plus a nature that lowers attack + raises defense but i played support and managed just fine lol.

Just loke your other vids, this is great…if you have grimmsnarl and mew friends you can tell what to do. Still does not help people in public raids where you cannot communicate with your fellow attackers. But great vid.

My brother and I finally got the Unrivaled Mewtwo & the 4 Mews we have available are now Unrivaled as well, also you'd probably ask for Psychic Noise before shield break instead of Misty Terrain if it's accessible within the 3 days of The Teal Mask's release.

This strategy relies on being able to keep mewtwo's spatk below zero, and that's usually not doable with only 2 supporters running struggle bug or equivalent. you might get lucky if the AI just happens to choose to not use that many calm minds but in my experience mewtwo will outpace 2 mon spamming struggle bug.

odds are your annihilape is already ev trained in something. youll need to look and see where it's ev's are and then use the correct berries to lower it down to 0!

I would agree with your statement for every other 7 star raid event but mewtwo is an exception. the only way to have any kind of variety is to allow for at least 3 player (even 2 player can seemingly only be done with 2 mews or a mew and a calyrex).

I run Grumpig as support. With light screen + Mud Slap + Snarl and Simple beam (to my partners so they can max their attack with only 2 sword dances)

psychic noise isn't availible until the second part of the dlc, which doesnt come out until long after these raids are over.

The EV's on my Annihilape aren't changing no matter what I use, and the EV supplements (Protein, Iron, HP Up, etc.) don't work either

Why physical defense?
Psystrike deals physical damage.
Because of Psystrike, even if it's Special Attack but it can infect damage the Physical Defense
