There is a difference between a predictable breakdown and a buildup. The buildup is always a dead giveaway, however where it lies in the song structure is key. Also, everyone says pop punk chorus in a negative manner just because it is catchy. Any who, great song, great production, and super cool. Curious how the positive vibes will affect the scene. I wonder if others will jump on the bandwagon, it's nice to have balance. Thanks as always Birb!

I have been waiting for this review for a while! I fucking love beartooth and honestly In terms of consistency they are up there as one of the most consistent! I remember thinking they peaked at their first album but they never fail to impress! Excited to see this song live one day!

This is definitely a banger, not quite as good as Riptide but that’s a hard bar to pass IMO. Fell out of Beartooth for years but these new singles are really pulling me back in!

I have the unpopular opinion of adoring Disease from 2019 and thinking it's their best record. Hell Below is really good and in a similar vein, but Disease just hits me so hard in the feels.
Riptide then came outta nowhere last year and became quite possibly my favorite song of the year, and possibly my favorite song by Beartooth. The positivity, the good vibes, the hopeful nature of the lyrics, everything worked so well for me, especially after wallowing in my own misery with Disease back when that released.
This song is a little goofy and unpredictable, which makes it fun; although I enjoy Riptide more, this song shares that bright, positive chorus, and I think that will make this their best record.
Caleb deserves to be happy, and it seems like he's coming into it, and I'm all for it.

Suns out guns out man. I am incredibly biased in favor of this band. This is a banger. Idk why people are upset about "predictable" breakdowns. That's the genre and the even subverted that expectation. I think they don't want to stray too far like Adelitas Way did.

No song is perfect except a few songs in my opinion (halloweentown - dark divine, popular monster - falling in reverse, fwytyk - I prevail, a.m.e.r.i.c.a - motionless in white, Mr Doctor man - palaye royale, alive - wage war and some more)
