This soft morning yoga was perfect for me after a badly slept night. Thank you David! ✨ My glimmer from yesterday: I had a chance to step outside for a bit in the middle of my work day and got to enjoy some sunshine and a view of a frozen lake. Thinking about it makes me feel like there's a little bit of spring in my heart even though it's still cold winter season in Finland. ❄️☃️☀️

How timely these 15 mins series are! My family and I are in the process of moving from the South Island of NZ to the North of the North Island. With all the cleaning and clearing I am often out of steam. However Sonia's mind and body engine won't go far without appropriate fuel, which translates into an hour of Me Time each day. Thus 15 mins go to yoga, 15 mins to Spanish or French, and the rest is reserved for strolling through the nearby Botanical Gardens. Yay and thank you!🙂

I got sick a few days ago. Had to skip yesterday, which was a bummer, but decided to try to push through today for at least awhile. This slower paced, flexibility-focused workout was perfect for my achy body! Made it all the way through and feel great. Thanks so much, David!

This was so, so good! My daughter challenged my husband and I to do a bike ride with her every day in January along with the yoga! So, this was a perfect stretch after it!!!!!❤
My glimmer is my partner. We had a wonderful day together yesterday, breakfast, bringing treats to my mom, helping her do some things around the house while her back is hurt, spending the rest of the day together in laughter and love, a great dinner and discussion, and a fun movie before bed. I fell in love again ❤

Yesterday was a really difficult day for me, both physically and emotionally, so I didn't get around to my yoga practice. But I got on the mat this morning for this practice and it felt amazing. Staying low to the ground and taking care of my back in a gentle way felt SO good, especially after all the sitting I've been doing for the past two weeks. It was so refreshing to gently stretch and reconnect with my body again. I felt so much calmer and more grounded after this class. I'm hoping to "catch up" one day by doing two practices now that I'm behind a day
