      I always notice a huge difference when I practice in the morning and when I practice later in the day. Morning yoga sets me up for a better day. It clears my mind, allowing more positive thoughts and self-awareness throughout the day. It relieves some muscular tension so I can move through my day more easily. It also energizes me and helps me stay more focused and motivated

    I really appreciate today's theme. Sometimes it is hard to accept parts of ourselves, thank you for bringing it up through the practice 🙏 it is a practice after all... Have a beautiful Sunday!

      Ahhh it is indeed practice right? It is through the work of Self acceptance that we cultivate compassion for ourselves and for others. Self acceptance = Self realization that you are human. And that's a beautiful, extraordinary thing.

    I can't believe this challenge is almost over! I really enjoyed the focus on self-compassion because that's definitely something I need to practice more consistently. I found the Warrior I pulses challenging, my back leg was really burning, but I was grateful for that intense sensation because it reminded me that I am alive and full of powerful energy. I really enjoyed the music in savasana and the variations on the daily affirmations as well

    Morning yoga wakes me up and at the same makes me relaxed. It lifts my spirit and makes me more loving and compassionate. Thank you David. ❤️
    I was out of town for the weekend and didn't have a chance to practice yoga in the mornings but I'm happy to be back on track again. My glimmer from the weekend: I got to spend time with my parents and my sister's family. ♥️
