Moving from Stress and Anxiety Into Creation

Talk given by Ms. Faith Holmes on January 27th, 2024
Faith has a passion for transformational change management, entrepreneurship, and helping to create oneness in the world. Her life’s purpose is to help individuals, nonprofits, communities and corporations elevate the human experience and become the greatest version of themselves. She believes diversity should be our greatest strength, not a weakness and has dedicated her life to elevating unity in diversity. She has experienced firsthand the transformational influence of Neuro Change Solutions and now accompanies others through a transformational workshop called Change your mind… Create new results.
Faith Holmes has worked in the field of race relations for over 35yrs. She was outraged when she went off to college and learned how miseducated she had been and therefore pursued a double major in African American History and Psychology, believing this country must understand our true history and the psychological impact it has had on us all! Therefore, she has dedicated a greater portion of her life to work towards social justice.
Faith is one of the co-founders of Oneness, a national non-profit organization whose mission was to fight racism and promote oneness, her next endeavor was entrepreneurship having created Faithfully Sweet and Love ‘n Faith Community Cafe.
Most recently, she has embarked on a new chapter that includes training and development work with Oceti Wakan who is serving the Lakota/Dakota/Nakota Nation. Holmes is also a certified consultant with Dr. Joe Dispenza’s business Neuro Change Solutions and HeartMath, where she facilitates transformational workshops.
Her purpose is to elevate the human experience, to create oneness in the world, to shine light in the world and help teachers, students, businesses, and organizations know that they can change their reality and create the life they want to live instead of settling for the life they have.

Faith! I'm so happy to see her lovely face again! I recently re watched her video on Shaping our reality and it's changed my life! No kidding. I've been deep diving Joe Dispenza, bought his book and I can't believe how much he talks about reflects the Writings, I have Word file of collected writings that grows by the day! In her original video she said she wanted to meet Oprah, now she is who I would love to talk to. I pray that will manifest!

Meditation is not contrary to the bahai faith. Baha says it is physically and spiritually healing. Myself got into balance of body.-soul after I started to meditate after morning prayers. I am a writer and sometimes written words came before my inner sight when I did not know next step of what to write. Medtation also deepened my susceptibility for the Writings, I feel the Spirit is in my heart more than before and that I can ask it of help.I lsten to long healing prayer by dr Woodall everyday and it is like going in to a room of silence.
