First off I’m old 😂. But ever since I started using straps for back workouts I’ve noticed my forearms have gotten smaller. Now I actually have to hit them directly.
i train my forearms somewhat regularly but thats defs the biggest reason i havent gotten straps even tho sometimes my grip goes before my back, i feel like they are already weak (newish to the gym) so i dont wanna stunt their growth further lmao
These are just relegated to my home workout. I'm literally just watching a show, wrist hanging off my chair getting these curls in. Sneaking in these chore like exercises that don't work up a sweat into your daily routine instead of spending dedicated gym time on them, works quite well!
