Strength is a universal language …
Physically strong individuals have a deep respect for those who have similar levels of physical prowess. Because we understand the dedication and hard work required to achieve those results.
Mentally strong individuals acknowledge and appreciate the resilience and determination of those who overcome adversity and challenges with grace.

Love the work you put in bro. I train much the same way (sandbags, kettlebells, & BJJ), but you throw around some serious weight & make it look easy. Hats off to you bro 👏 👏 👏
Man, I would love for you to make more educational videos on the basics of training and programming with Kettlebells and Sandbags so we could all make our own programs and use these tools in our preexisting ones!
Bro finding your page is a game changer !! Appreciate the work bruh .
Thanks bro! Let me know if you have any questions !
I second that.
3rd that
Thank you for your content, I really appreciate it! I have a question for the SB to Shoulders, do you think there is a benefit from dropping the bag in a controlled manner, lowering it and putting it down on the ground, instead of dropping it from shoulder height?
Yes. Controlling the bag on the way down increases time under tension. The eccentric portion is good for muscle growth and strength. Definitely encouraged for beginners. Good question my man!
Excellent Functional combo
Appreciate you my man! Give it a try!
You're a Beast! Pound for Pound! I don't see how you aren't a BJJ champion. Looks you're using a 120 or 150lb bag... I'll probably use 80 or 100lb
How tall are you boss?
