    Love the work you put in bro. I train much the same way (sandbags, kettlebells, & BJJ), but you throw around some serious weight & make it look easy. Hats off to you bro 👏 👏 👏

    Man, I would love for you to make more educational videos on the basics of training and programming with Kettlebells and Sandbags so we could all make our own programs and use these tools in our preexisting ones!

    Thank you for your content, I really appreciate it! I have a question for the SB to Shoulders, do you think there is a benefit from dropping the bag in a controlled manner, lowering it and putting it down on the ground, instead of dropping it from shoulder height?

      Yes. Controlling the bag on the way down increases time under tension. The eccentric portion is good for muscle growth and strength. Definitely encouraged for beginners. Good question my man!

      You're a Beast! Pound for Pound! I don't see how you aren't a BJJ champion. Looks you're using a 120 or 150lb bag... I'll probably use 80 or 100lb
