An abortion can happen up to three days after the baby is born. That's what they said. They also want to cut the funding that would help foster children and orphans, and bring children into a place when the people who have them aren't able to give them a good life. They're only pro-fetus, not pro-life. They don't trust the ones who are pregnant to make the right decision for their circumstance. They use abortion to gain votes, not because they actually care.

Roberts is in the tank for the capital class. They rich and powerful have always used wedge issues to divide the population, so that they can/could rape the country. I have not read the entire book, but I have doubt that forcing people to work in in it. The reality is that the tax code is rigged in favor of making money with money, not labor, and capital requires labor to grow The capital class has skimmed most of the growth in the GDP off of the top for years. The forced us into a 401k economy to improve their holdings while not providing the same real tax savings as long-term capital gains. The 401K program is a big lie. It not only taxes the original amounts deposited as worked-for (ordinary) income. It taxes every penny earned on the account as ordinary income; therefore, all distributions are subject to up to 37 cents on a dollar in tax. If workers were to just take the tax hit and invest the money after tax, they long-term tax savings would more than pay for the loss of the initial investment that would be paid in ordinary income when it is invested. The problem with the tax code is that most Americans have very weak math and analytical skills, especially the Trumpers.
By the way, how come the Republican majority on SCOTUS does not apply a strict textualist interpretation to corporate personhood? The founding fathers were clear in their view that corporations were to be of limited duration and limited use. Corporate personhood is an interpretation of the 14th amendment that the Robber Barrons bought and paid for (ii.e., it is stare decisis). The U.S. has always had a free-market based economy, even when we were colonies of England. However, the U.S. was not a capitalist country until the Railroads required massive capital investments. Also, for those who believe we were founded as a Christian county, the words "In God We Trust" was not added to our currency until after the Civil War and the words "Under God" were added to the pledge by Dwight Eisenhower as a Cold War ploy to differentiate the U.S. from the Soviet Union. The American colonies, which led to the creation of the United States, were founded on the exploitation of Europe's (mostly Great Britain's) poor. Most of the people who came to this continent before 1800 did so in bondage due the "headright" system of granting land. It is funny how this reality has been white-washed into the Plymouth "Religious Freedom" Fairy tale in our public school textbooks. Everything I have written is verifiable via the archives in the states that were the original 13 colonies.
We should not come from a monolithic mental model regarding any changes needed in this country. We have more than conservatives in this country. Any reform of this nation should be a middle-ground perspective to be inclusive of views from liberals and conservatives. This is a one-sided movement that will not survive.

Let me to tell you something. I was raised conservative and of course I rebelled and became very anti-authoritarian. Like a lot of people I kind of went back to my conservative views. I'm a centrist as Republicans and Democrats seem to be too extreme. I want border control but for the dreamers to be left alone. I'm not a big fan of roe versus Wade being overturned. Nobody likes abortion. I tried to be positive about it. I thought maybe it was just elective abortions but no you guys had to impose it on miscarriages which is really inhumaine. I thought to myself maybe there will be a follow up on easier, adoptions, grants for non profits and foster care, holding men responsible, incentives for woman to get longer maternity leave, more affordable daycare, but nothin was mentioned. Why can't you guys repair family values with more tact?

The EPA isn’t attacking average Americans, the barbarian criminals are and in some cases authoritarian police and feds are. I’m sure some farmers have had issues with EPA, but the lack of police and lack of incapacitation of criminals is a way bigger issue. In terms of police, I’ve had a cop threaten me with federal prison for telling my ex girlfriend F you in a text message, and they actually did charge me with cyber laws. The law says anything that sounds “intimidating” via electronic communications is a crime. They drop the charges and I would have challenged my free speech rights, but these are the types of laws that affect every day average Americans. Any law that has been written by law enforcement needs to be removed from the books.
Every american needs to know of project 2025 and its writers. As well as the foundations that back it. This the the roadmap for not just Trump but any republican seeking office.
