@@morse1632 I train my muscles about 1 hour 5 times a week. I do workouts in this time. After my workouts I rest, so I can do it again on the next day. To understand the tactics are very important in modern football, as scouts are looking for players who understand and can use tactics in games. Footwork is very important for me, because i play in offensive midfield.
@@mcp4598 gr8 stratagy but be 100% aware of overtraining.. don't do it on any cost I used to train 6 hours a day 7 days a week for 8 months everyday but now I only train 1.5 hour per day for 6 days a week and with proper rest and diet be sure to do these unless u will feel demotivated sometimes like I feel
