Searching football exercise after women's world cup. Those girls are awesome. when I checked this workout, it didn't seem that difficult. I tried harder before. The movements are quite usual. It should be easy. I WAS WRONG! IT'S SUPER INTENSE! I tried to keep it to the end and sweated like a monster. this cardio emphasizes leg strength & flexibility, even the toe frequency helps. you have to adjust your breath to keep it all the way. This is not a random cardio movement combination, it's really really good. Thanks for sharing!!!
The amount of progressive overload in this workout instead of the usual ones like normal burpees, squat jumps, high knees and what not, that are somewhat easy due to the lack of intensity and overload in them, is something that the commentators just simply tend to overlook for some reason

I was in the same boat about 6 months ago (not because of surgery but I hope you are doing a lot better). It’s very tough and demotivating to know that what you could do easily before you can’t complete now. Just keep pushing and you will get back on track and continue improving.

One of my biggest weaknesses is my endurance (im not terrible but won’t stand out to any coaches and im also working on other things to). Ive made a whole running routine trying to beat my times and then increasing distances and ive been doing this workout. Ive only started a few days ago but so far so good I just find going for runs and doing this workout so enjoyable in the morning with fresh air and no one to distract you. It’s basically just time with yourself without anyone to judge you. Not sure if you cared about anything I just wrote in the giant paragraph above (I got a little carried away im with typing lol) but short answer I’m doing pretty well so far and already seeing some improvements
