I don’t usually comment but I have to say this is the best postpartum workout! I love that you get right to it and that you jut focus on the workout without the talking during the exercise. New subscriber!
Thank you for posting this! My friend who found it sent it to me and it’s my favorite workout postpartum, I try to do it once to twice a day. I’ve already noticed a huge difference and I’m only four months postpartum 🙌🏻 💕
Love this!! I do this everyday as 4 month postpartum beginner. It’s easy to imitate and good enough that I’ve seen improvements right away in my belly fat. Please always keep this video !!
I'm almost a year postpartum, but I still come back to this video often - love the combination of exercises! The only thing I change for myself - maybe helpful for someone else: For the kegel exercise, I suggest to "kegel" or activate the pelvic floor BEFORE lifting the butt, in order to use this extra power and not have two seperate movements, if that makes sense. Otherwise perfect routine!!
I have tilted hips as a result of walking too early and im planning on having kids in the next few years, my class instructor at the gym recommended this kind of workout to help with it, cant wait go see the results.
Almost 6 months PP with my second and last baby and I did this workout two nights ago and am still feeling it! It’s a good sore though and I’m motivated to start doing this every night! My core is so weak!
I’m five months post partum with my second child and this video was challenging but not challenging enough that I felt like giving up and not trying again. Thank you!
I’ve been doing this for a week and I’m on my second week and u can really tell it helps I also do other workouts but I do feel it in my core when I do these! I’m 8 months postpartum
This was really helpful! I'm 8 months postpartum and having a hard time with my core strength too. I worked out all through pregnancy, but there is only so much us mamas can do when our babes stretch our tummy muscles to the max. Thank you for this workout xo💕👶
I am so happy to hear this! :) congratulations on your sweet little one :) and yes! it has taken me a while to get my strength back up, i am now 1 year pp and still am working on it. slow and steady, and being patient with our ever changing bodies is so important.
My first postpartum workout video and just enough to make me feel good. Loved the honesty in that some loves were hard for you too because it was super relatable. Thank you!
I’m 6 months pp and haven’t tried any core exercises because I was told my dr would repair itself, but I still have about a 1 finger separation; with that being said I’m so excited to try these!!
Thank you for going straight to the point. I worked out till the day labour started now 7 weeks post partum and belly still little out hopefully this works.
I’m over a year post partum and did other exercises was not helping and realize i had d.r. I’ve been doing this everyday for almost a week and already seeing results 🙂
I am just finding this now, but thank you, it’s exactly what I was looking for! Man is postpartum humbling!😅 At 10 weeks PP now. Added baby to the glute bridges. 😊
I’m due May 24, 2021 and your video is making me look forward to postpartum. I can’t wait to strengthen my core again but ultimately, I can’t wait to hold my baby girl. 🥰
I am almost two months pp, so starting on rebuilding muscle is important to me. I was small with a toned belly before my baby was born, but he was 8lbs 3oz so I have a lot to work on to get back into my normal shape and back to feeling like me again. He loves when I hold him and do squats, I do 30 before bed
My core is so weak! I tried to do a sit up for the first time a couple weeks ago and physically could not. This wasn't bad (at least now, I guess we'll see tomorrow). I might just keep it up!
Can I do this workout after 6 weeks of giving birth? (I was very fit before i got pregnant and ran until 4 days before birth) Really eager to get back on track :D
Hey you've been missing your comments again lol...but I can understand you tend to get preoccupied. Always a pleasure when channels engage and interact more with their audience as sadly communication seems to be lacking these days. Fitness helps me in many ways so I always appreciate others perspectives. What have been your favorite at home workouts? I know it's limited not going to the gym but my favorites are basic Bicep curls and Dips. Also truly curious if you competed what color would you likely wear? Hope you're well many more questions to come! Thanks for being mature and not judging especially since sometimes ppl tend to be sensitive on here.
@@BrittanyLupton On your next bikini haul if you still upload them you should definitely wear Black then. Thanks for being mature and kind by the way hopefully the questions don't annoy you. I always appreciate deeper insight and interaction as oppose to very short responses since it's more exciting and helpful. I'll ask again next time but what are your favorite workouts to do at home?
I started to work out with legs and hips around week 3 and now I’m 4 weeks and still feel like legs and all is like jelly after I do work them out leg lifts etc I trying this this week I’m 4 weeks and 3 days postpartum now and wanna start the belly more now
This is in general a good video but I would strongly discourage planking postpartum. It can work against healing diastisis recti and puts far too much pressure on a recovering core. Do that after your abs have closed.
Felt good. I’m 9 months postpartum and I’m working to strengthen my core. Would you recommend doing this more than once per day if you are feeling up to it.
I'm almost 6 weeks pospartum and will start doing these exercises soon as I'm clear this week, has this ab separation impacted your belly not going down? Or when did you notice it was...i know im too soon but just to have an idea! Love your channel girl definitely following you 😘🔥🔥🙌
Hi! This video is great. I’m 4 months pp and just done my first workout and feel great. I’m just wondering, is it okay to do this everyday or would you recommend having 1 or 2 days as rest days a week? Thank you💗
I love your video! I am 5 months pp and was wondering if can I do these workouts while also doing cardio and glute/leg exercises, and strength training? Or do I have to wait to do all other exercises while trying to engage my core again and close my diastasis recti? I've been doing a workout program for at least a month which is great on my bottom area but I notice that my core needs work.
I am almost 4 weeks pp and love those exercises. I don’t train normally so love that those are low tensity exercises. But I have a question is it safe to do them while am only 4 weeks pp? Should I wait or can I continue?
We can do dis workout even if we don't have DR ryt?? Am 3 months pp .. and I don't think I have dr. It looks simple enough to try and I am really struggling with my core strength. So hope dis will work.... Thaanks for sharing ❤️
Almost 10 months pp with my second baby, I’ve been working out pretty intensely for months but noticed my progression slowed down dramatically. Totally failed to rebuild those deep core muscles, I thought they were okay but they’re clearly not😳 not too late though!
This is me over a year later. I also needed some chiropractic work on my pelvic floor. So not back to zero exactly, but still - back to basics are always good!
Enjoyed doing this video. Really focused and engaging my core. Will be doing this everyday. Do you have any new postpartum core videos? Or core videos that are safe to heal the core? 🫶🏽🙌🏾
Yes start small with kegals and some of the first few exercises! Most of the exercises in this are safe and easy for starts. It takes time but I had 1-2 finger gap and it’s slowly closing!
I still have 3 weeks to go and I have a 3 finger gap 😫 horrible to say but I’m actually so upset about it and how hard it’ll be to correct as I’m used to having a very flat stomach.
Hi, I am 9 mo. pp and appreciate this workout, but can you please describe the position the lower back should be in during these exercises? Should I... 1) rock my pelvis backward to press my lowback flat to the ground? Or 2) rock my pelvis the other way to arch my back a tad and lift my stomach? Or 3) keep my low back straight/level (i.e. with space for a hand between back and ground), pulling naval to spine and spine up to naval?
My 3rd child turns 2 soon. My legs wheight is more than my upper body I have long legs and thick thighs, a thin waist (mommas pooch included), and 34C up top. Basically and xl on the bottom and a medium on top, I can not do leg wheight exercise without moving my back. Do you have any advice
I notice even though I have my back flat to the ground when I have my legs tabletop position I feel a little coning. Is that normal? Will it eventually get closer together?
Hi, I have diastis recti and a coning above my belly button. Will, this exercise help me with the coning to go back down. I, have been doing some exercise I found in another video. And, my coning has not done to much in getting back to place or back in place. If, you have another exercise or suggestions. Please, let me know I been exercising since June 2020. Or, does it take a good long time for the coning to go away. I, will be doing your exercises tomorrow January 8, 2021.
Brittany, I’m 6.5 months pregnant with my first… is it true that if you breastfeed you will lose weight faster? Also, when did you start actually doing HIIT and running after the baby? I am really curious.
Hello my dear, your video is very helpful i have an 6months years old baby boy and I lost all my kilos But my belly has the extra skin like jelly what can I do for this¿
I love this workout! Almost 3 months postpartum and already seeing a difference in my belly doing this for the past 3 weeks at least 3 times per week
This makes me so happy for you. 🥰
Did u have a cs? I did & it still hurts, I cant do this
Thank you. The 10 min mark is so much easier to fit this workout in regularly.
This is my 3rd day and I already see a difference 🥺🤭 this is the only workout I’ve done.
Thank you! Finally a video without too much talking!
So happy you liked it!

Thank you for this video! I’m still on my journey, 3months postpartum, and tummy still sticks out! But I’m excited to try out this workout☺️

A little over 3 weeks postpartum and this was great!! Will definitely be incorporating this into my daily routine!

That was a fantastic workout!
Thanks for sharing this! This is my first postpartum workout, I'm at week 7. Thanks for helping us all feel great again!

Great job! Keep it up!
💗10months pp and today is my 3rd day. love it 💗

Thank you so much for this video! Will be doing it everyday!
I gave birth 6 months ago. I'm so thankful i see your video i think it will help me 😍
9 weeks Pp and I’ve been doing this 6x/week the last 3 weeks…. It still feels very hard 😭 but it’s working! Consistency is key.
I enjoyed watching this video. Simple & easy to remember 💕
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hi. Thanks for sharing. I thought planks was an exercise we should avoid when we have DR?
Yes, no planks for DR. I liked this video except for that.
Yup just saw another video where it said no planks for DR.
Side planks instead
Planks can be done, it's all about gradual progression :)

I’m 4 months post partum and loved this exercise! They are not to hard and when they are, plenty of room to adjust! Thanks 😄
This is simple and encouragung.. I hate severe excersize it discourages me from sticking to it. Thank you
This was great! 4 weeks pp with my 2nd!
Welp I’ve been working out incorrectly for 18 months 🤦🏽♀️. Thank you for this! Now I know what engaging pelvic floor means
Definitely felt good after this!
Thanks Brittany good session and Happy 2021✅👍🧘♂️😘🍾🌞☘️🙏

hi marian, it is best to tilt your pelvis forward to keep your back flat against the mat. you do not want space between you and the mat.
