thanx for this output. however this is quite expensive for me, and for many am sure.... so my question is if i wanted a smaller version of this,... call it a half-storeyed house,.. like normal bungalow but with a one room up .. say one master bedroom upstairs and 3 rooms downstairs, would the cost reduce significantly? like to maybe 50% of the one presented

Hey Darwin, I find this information very helpful. I have a 20m by 30m lot and am thinking of constructing a one storey flat roof house on it. Five bedrooms (2 bedrooms on ground floor and 3 on top floor). One kitchen on lower floor and two living rooms; one on each floor. A terrace on the top to spend some quality evenings with family or party with friends.The land is not swampy and generally flat. Can you calculate how much typically it would cost?
