@@mukizadarwin Possibly subjective. This just my opinion. I think your Dinning is at a junction of circulation in your layout which is not very ideal. Room hierarchy is also not very clear especially judging by room proportions. eg M.BDRM is competing in size with guest bd even the lounge . bdrm 1s proportions seem off. Also toilet window on front façade is not usually recommended and you could have easily avoided it . In general I think is lovely house and I admire your commitment and passion to putting this information out there. Again just my opinion.

I wouldn't recommend mixing Hollow blocks with standard clay brick. They won't interlock well at joints due to difference in sizes

It's best practice to raise the slab first.
It's good for water proofing the superstructure (section of the house that's above the ground Level)

Jomayi has issues, a close friend bought land 50x100 and for 4.5 yrs no title yet.

She recently sold it as it is but got much less than expected because she was tired of the endless excuses of Jomayi, her 50x100 plot was in Kawuku.
