    Absolutely, I like your statement that, lawyers who ever you are, you should speak law…you should interpret law in such clarity that, no public can point out you, that you are an Opposition Lawyer…or you are a Ruling party lawyer.!! Unfortunately in our today’s India, what is our Solicitor General talking..??? Is he not a public servant, paid by tax payers money,???

    Respected Sh.Kapil Sibal ji, THE GENESIS OF LAW AS MADE BY YOUR GOODSELF IS REALLY EDUCATIVE FOR PEOPLE DOWN THE STAIRS. BUT IRONY BEING, AT THIS BELATED STAGE OF POST 75 YEARS OF INDEPENDENE, AS TO HOW , THE GOVERNMENTS IN POWER DURING THIS LONG JOURNEY FAILED TO AMEND THE LAW IN CAMPATGIBLE TO OUR CONSTITUTION , ALSO, AT PRESENT, WHETHER ANY FUTURE GOVT TO BE IN POWER THE POLITICAL PARTIES, EVER INCLUDE IN IT IN THEIR MANIFESTO !!!!

    Honourable Kapil Sibbal Sir is making a revolutionary step-out against the unconstitutional, draconian and fundamental rights snatching law. We people of India will remember you as the saviour of human freedom from the clutches of a demon. But you should take it to the supreme court. But why supreme court is keeping silence in this case while supreme court is there to safeguard the constitution and fundamental rights of people.

Lawyers forget integrity for earning for survival and takes active part in filing false cases.Court also misled and tow the line of prosecution.This is to corrected. Million doller question? If false cases are filtered, there is no need of more courts as i feel.

    These laws autocratically pushed through the empty houses of parliament are surely darker than darkness. They raise a serious question whether a brute manority is a licence for the formulation of laws that are evidently and incongrously incompatible with the basic charater and framework of the constitution. The bills before introducing in the parliament ought to be clarified and consented by the apex court to avoid any confusion or controversy.

      This can't de done as law making mandate is given to parliament and judiciary interpretation of law. There should be some mechanism in the parliament itself to check , it can be submitted to select committee.

    • @biswanathbhandari7028
      @biswanathbhandari7028 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It is patently clear that the only motive behind these draconian laws leaving no space to personal freedom and right to an individual even no provision or privilege for bail is to convert the country into a police state. We see how the agencies are blatantly being used to demonise the voice of dissent and democracy. These laws passed without the least room for wider discussion or debates in the parliament or outside lack the required democratic decency and decorum.These are not improve.ents or refinements of colonial laws but more consolidation of thecolonial legacy of repression with more comprehensive provisions for coercions. These laws reflect the total absence of trust between the ruling regime and the common masses. The sovereignty and supremacy of the state must not be equated with the supremacy and sovereignty of the ruling regime representing only a part or segment or sect of the populace. Gandhi has warned us against this dangerous slide or trend long ago exercing his proverbial far sight and wisdom.

    Spoken words are highly attractive and appreciable. But I am yet to find application of most proclaimed fundamental right of *Equality before Law*, as enshrined in our Constitution. An ordinary person with meagre finance can't dream of hiring services of a lawyer, as that of the stature of Speaker either in Supreme Court or any High Court. Invariably hefty fees are charged by renowned lawyers irrespective of the speech of Sh. Sibal Ji that legal profession is a service oriented and not money earning
