Does the famous New York dollar slice still exist? We travel across New York City and visit all five boroughs, searching for a $1 slice in NYC.

Which borough does the best pizza in New York? What makes a great pizza?
We started in Manhattan and tried slices from Joe’s Pizza, Bens Pizza, Bleeker Street Pizza and Artichoke.
We then tried the best pizza slices in Brooklyn. Does Brooklyn have the best pizza in New York?
We visited Queens and tried the best pizza slice from Sunnyside Pizza.
We took the free Staten Island ferry to see the Statue of Liberty and then tried pizza in Staten Island. The pizza in Staten Island wasn’t good.

Are you guys even trying? I was in nyc less than 6 months ago. I almost only ate 1$ slices (bc i hate myself like that) there is literally a place called “99 cent fresh hot pizza”
You do realize how big nyc is? The chance of them finding the same small pizza place as you is slim to none

2 Bros Pizza is legit. It’s my fave Dollar slice. Nowadays for 4$ you get 2 slices a soda. Can’t beat that.

Go to Hudson Square there are at least 3 places who sell 1$ dollar slices you are in the most bougie places you can go, you guys are tourists obviously these pizza places are going to charge more please go to the place I showed you an actual famous area and you will find what you are looking for, yuh heard MATE!

4:26 Sheesh if i'm charging $4 for a single slice, I'd be super friendly too if thats all it takes, LOL. While that slice was slightly bigger than average, it looked pretty normal to me, $4 for that think pizza slice is crazy. That 6.50 slice had way more toppings and probably decent quality ingredients too, i guess it really depends on what your criteria is for a "good" slice of pizza. But i'm no pizza expert, and for me a good pizza is a cheap pizza from my local papa johns joint in brooklyn. $13 for a XL 8 topping pizza.

I have one dollar pizza near my house in India
She compared a slice that she loved to domino’s. The one main criticism from both of them was they wanted stringy cheese. Then they found $1 slices probably stolen from a nearby 7/11 or bought frozen and they liked it. They shouldn’t do pizza reviews if don’t know pizza. I wouldn’t go to England and do a fish and chip review looking for the cheapest version that reminds of McDonalds fries and a filet a fish.

There is no such thing as a good dollar slice pizza in NYC unless your standards are incredibly low. ("But what about Joe’s"...no) Go to L’industrie or John’s of Bleecker St. You get what you pay for. And that’s true in New York as it is elsewhere.
