The moment Grind Hard gets a waterjet or plasma table, it’s game over for all other garage fab channels!

Bought this for my small back deck in the Eastern Sierra. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxoHYZbq5g9fkcAtinlTqstNlje-UQkCHN We get A LOT of HEAVY snow so I was a bit skeptical but it was worth it! After the first storm of the year this has exceeded expectations! It throws snow very well, even 10-12” + that said the more it piles up the harder it is to maneuver the machine. It is exceptionally light weight and overall exactly what I was looking for. If you have a large amount of snow and a lot of area to clear, you may consider something with a drive engine to help maneuverability, but for decks, second stories, roofs etc, you can’t beat the light weight to great snow throwing ratio. Side note, the chute rotator is a bit flimsy and it initially didn’t seem to work, after a few uses it seems to have loosened up.

The two components the need to be tightened both tighten in opposite directions and wear in opposite directions, so as the system wears you're going to have to hope that you can fudge the adjustment until it's worn enough to remove a link. I predict that you'll need to modify in an adjuster to the rear idler.

I love the evolution of the snow bike. But please, and a lot of people will agree with me, REMOVE THE STRINGS FROM YOUR HOODIE WHEN WORKING ON THE LATH ! Sorry for yelling. Safety first.

This mini moto/dirt bike is funny! 🤣 they're pretty crap standard and usually thrown away here in the UK. 😂
But also guys when you're riding these mad builds and with your head stuffed inside a helmet. It's quite hard to hear what you're saying, 🤦🏼‍♂️🤣 maybe invest in some collar mics or helmet mics? But keep it up lads love the videos 💯🔥

Why not cram a 90 cc or 110 in there? Sacrifice a little weight but I feel like it would be more fun.

You are on the Verge of creating a new type of vehicle.
    Go further.
    Think about "bullet bike".
Think about "resting into" a comfortable low position snow vehicle.
Sell at least a few thousand units, buy me a hamburger.

C'mon guys, now that you've built the world's smallest snowbike, you need to get started on the next project, the world's first Sur Ron snowbike. After seeing the vids of your big battery/different contoller Su Ron, it would be a natural to throw a ski and some tracks on it...

I used to race one of the early water cooled KTM 50cc’s so early I believe mine was air cooled converted to water... anyway my point is it used to seize going up or down a steep hill’s during races. Seeing pocket bike bog down the hill reminded me of that bike .... god I hated that bike

Looks like that track could be tilted to have an even larger contact patch for traction.

I made a ski to replace front wheels on bicycles and found the steering works best if the tail of the ski ends where the wheel would otherwise hit the ground. In other words, chop the ski off under the forks for the best handling. I could touch my handlebars to the snow making turns with my wheelski prototype. It also rotated to about 20 degrees in the front to follow the moguls and floated freely between flat and full incline. Frank Wadleton was making the final version but he ended up closing down and my wheelski never got produced.
You should try it. The bike will handle amazing if you shorten the ski

Chrysler built some in the late 70s. They were called the SnoRunner. 134cc 2 stroke engines. Only reason I know about them is one just went up for sale local to me and I had to check it out.
