    Nice work. Now you need a ski on the fork, and replace the chain with a belt. Looks really fun.

      We kept the tire on the front so it could ride on the street or in the snow, works great!

      It worked out so well! The decision to keep the front tire on so it would work on dry roads helped out a lot too!

    Limit straps or on the wrong way around to cope with torque under forward acceleration, but meh it works
