Thank you… I feel heartbroken at the ways I abandon myself to conform to the expectations of even unknown, imagined others, and at the ways I punish - sometimes physically beating my body - in a state of overwhelming pain at how unlovable and deserving of punishment I feel. I am finding myself overwhelmed more and more, and I am at a complete loss for how to finally love myself enough to give myself what I need.

Hi Dr Sia, I was trying to understand some if my behavior and acts over last year. And when I saw some of yours and others videos about Attachments style and especially the ambivalent attachment I understood a lot of about myself, but I am still looking forward to know how yo recover. Could you recommend us some resources about that, and is it necessary to see a therapy for that?
