Well done! The video is packed with the info I needed. I had the 7" radio, out of warranty and with intermittent problems. After watching this and the linked radio removal vid, It took less than an hour to get the old one out, the new one in, done and done!

You mentioned adding factory navigation with a plug or antenna? What parts? Or how easy? I have a 2021 XSE without it and while I definitely use car play, I definitely would want to add it just because
Built-in satellite navigation is far better than using a phone. It doesn't need to be turned on, because it's always there. That saves time, too. My last car had built-in satellite navigation. I didn't think I'd care whether or not it had it, but once you have it, you don't want to go back to using a secondary device. Also, a car sat nav will always have better reception than a phone. I've done lot of research into these upgrades. Unfortunately, it's not as easy as just getting that head unit and an antenna. You'll also need the software upgrade. If you look at the front of both of those head units, they each had a physical "info" button on their lower left. If it has built-in satellite navigation, the button is labelled as "map". Even having the antenna plug on the back doesn't necessarily mean it's capable of functioning as a satellite navigator, either. They may all have the same plugs on the back, but they may not all have the rest of the hardware to run it as a sat nav.
I see that you have the MPC remote start kit. I have a 2023 camry SE with the standard 7in display, but I was wondering if I upgrade to this 9inch display would my vehicle then be compatible with the toyota remote connect service?

Im looking to increase screen resolution of 23 Camry XSE Hybrid with JBL (9 inch screen). Is there a way to do this by just swapping out an aftermarket panel or do I need to go completely aftermarket headunit (which is not prefered)?
Any software anomalies since installing? Does software all run 100% now? (I noticed navigation app wouldn't open). Also what after market exhaust pipe cap fits a 2023 LE Camry? I dont want sound performance...just cosmetic. Let me know what fits please!
