Please tell me where I can order?
This vid was definitely a confidence booster for this install, thanks!
That is a good looking Toyota 😊
Thanks 🙏
FYI the remote start kit comes with two remotes that have physical keys, can probably cut those for the keyhole bypass
I tried and it wont since you have to twist ignition once. Unless you get those keys cut the way like the oem once look like
Nah I prefer the key. I installed the remote starter yesterday and to me that a better decision then a push start.
when do you put the second key in the ignition? & what can you cut it with
I have aftermarket remote start doubt I can have both or I'd buy this
what case did you buy for your new key fob ?
So do you need to cut your original key? Also do you need to have 2 of the original key?
The link doesn’t work, any updates on where to buy?
will it work with one low frequency antenna one of mine broke due to the dealership messing with my car they pulled it off I assume and broke the clip and I guess from pulling to hard they messed up the pins :(
do you know why the delay headlight module stopped working when I installed this ?
Whats the range of the phone controls on app?
Anything for corolla se 2021 similar
where did you get you`re wide body kit for the car.
Kevin I have two questions.
1. Does the car turn off when the door is opened?
2. Since the spare key stays in the cay bypassing the immobilizer, if the car is left unlocked what stops someone from getting in, using the push start, and driving away?
Thanks for any feedback.
Where did you get your body kit from
bro good morning where did you leave?
Any issues with it almost a year later
The link doesn't work anymore is there a new one☹️
Hey whats the link for android? Thanks.
When you mention having the second key in the ignition then twist it once, is the key in accessory position or on?
Thanks!
Not just twist one and it should unlock the steering wheel
@@KevsTRD Thanks! I was worried that leaving the cut key twisted in “on” position to unlock the steering wheel would turn on the gauge cluster lights, making it more attractive to steal haha.
Gonna check how my clicks it takes to unlock the steering wheel.
Thanks again for the guide!
@@khoavo3154do you take it ?
Hey Kevin I’m trying to find this product with your link but can’t get to find it . I would like to know brand or product id number very interested on this . Thanks
Do you have any issues since you installed this for a while now? Most importantly did the car battery ever die since you turned the ignition key once to unlock the steering?
No issues at all everything works fine
The website isn’t found when I click on it
what about 2024 ?
When you do remote start, will the engine shut when you open the door or you just get in and start driving?
You just get in and drive
Do you need to cut the key and leave it inside?
Yes you have to
Seems like you are going to want a security system if you install this as you are basically bypassing your immobilizer and steering wheel lock... oof.
My security system still works. I tried opening from the inside upon locking with my keys
can this be done with just one key or would i need to get a second key made?
It has to be done with both keys
@@KevsTRD i only had one key but i got it to work i just cut the main key and left the fob zip tied
If you had keyless entry wouldn't you already have push to start?
Some cars don’t come with push to start.
@@ayyo-jason correct but I was under the impression if they had keyless entry they’d have push to start hence a convenience.
I was thinking the same thing cause the Toyotas I’ve seen like mine have keyless entry on the door handles also have push button start cause like you mentioned if you have keyless access then you should have a push to start😭 but ehh
@@armandogomez2677 I was under the same impression when I first got my Camry as it had keyless entry but it was a switchblade key. You’ll know if a car has push to start if it says “Smart Key Entry”
@@ayyo-jason wow I’ve never seen a smart entry car but with the switchblade key
Does your alarm still go off if you locked the doors and someone from the inside opens the door ?
Yes sir they still do if you do purchase it don’t forget to use code: KEVIN and save 10% off
can you show a video of it ? cause mine doesn't have the alarm anymore since the key is in ignition.
@@kevincen4878did you ever find the fix to this issue, because i’m experiencing it as well.
@@euphics nah don’t have a fix for it. Might be a hassle but u can always pull the key out and put it back in later but that defeats the point of push to start
@@kevincen4878 have you had any other problems with it. idk if i’m liking it, it has some inconvenient sides to it.
annoying music. Good content though. 👍sharing
As a mechanic why would anyone want a push start. Ill keep my key for my Camry.
Never here the cars security system activate or deactivate. 😮
With the key strapped to the immobilized the car is not going to activate the system.
