I’ve researched 3 of the 5 quite a bit. Looking to move to next summer from Michigan, just need to find the right area. Hope you do more videos like this.
What area is the most Modular home friendly? I'm looking to buy a ranch style when I sell my home in a year or two. A safe place with good medical access is a major plus.
Honestly any of these areas I talked about in the video could work for a modular home. If you will be buying land and placing a modular home on it, then you need to make sure there aren't any restrictions against modular homes in the subdivision.
@@leeslinkard6920 Not, really. You would be surprised how much land in small towns in Middle Tennessee has restrictions on it. Even in small towns that have mobile homes within the city limits on the main roads through town.
😂 I hear you! I feel the same way, and I don't even live in TN. I want to move there, and escape the communist lunacy in NY. Not everyone who wants to move south are progressive nuts😊

I'm planning on also moving from West Michigan to TN as well. We're looking to be in South Knoxville.
