Don't allow the caliper to hang. Pins should be cleaned and relubed, and the pad guides need to be lubed. Lack of lube is a major cause of brake failure as parts sieze. It's not a quick job if you do it right. I have often found the coating used on the pad backing plates to cause them to bind. I have hand filed them to properly glide without binding. The other problem. You didn't open the brake fluid reservior cap before reseating the caliper pistons. Good way to over-pressure and damage the reservior. I usually bleed caliper during reseating to get ride of old overheated fluid rather than feed that damaged fluid into the ABS system.
It takes 2-3 hours to do a brake job if you are meticulous and do it to a HIGH standard. But, replacing pads on older rotors w/o doing any cleaning etc...is something I'd never pay someone else to do. Guaranty you charged that customer for far more labor hours than it took. I get that you are a "Mobile" service - but it's like calling a plumber to unclog a sink. Just leave the piston hanging on the brake line - that is hilarious...
Nice vid, but letting the caliper hang on the break line. Oye
Thanks for the video just watched it and changed the pads on my mom's endeavor

I was with you til you let that caliper hang by the brake line. Asking for a world of hurt.
Thanks for the video. Id like to adjust the parking brake but i dont no how
Good video
You need to invest in a bungee cord from the dollar tree to hold the caliper. Never let it hang from the hose.
Thanks brother
Great stuff, thanks for the video. What brand of knee pads are those?
Some from Walmart
Pretty easy. I just need some power tools . Thanks bro
What size are the lug nuts?

Never let your caliper drop or hang the way he did.. and use the C clamp instead of the screw driver... this was horrible
