How much time does this job take? And how much do u charge? A few years ago, Sears Auto Care in Orange County, California charged me approx $500. Of which $300 was for labor. Never went back there again.
I usually do a front brake job in about an hour from jacking up the vehicle to torquing the lug nuts. Generally I charge $75 for a standard brake job for labor. Some jobs may be more depending on if anything extra needs to be done(seized caliper slide pins, scan tool brake positioning, etc.)
@@zachmiller289 iIn this video u replaced brakes, pad & rotor. You were very thorough & took the time to clean & grease the parts. I doubt the shop that charged me $500 did all that. The guy i was dating at the time suggested this place & said nothing to the mechanic. Instead took me to a nearby buffet for lunch. I broke up with him. If he can't help me to not get ripped off with car repairs, he wasn't the one.
