Thanks for this Video. It was extremely helpful in troubleshooting the strange noise coming from the blower of my 2003 Eclipse Spyder. Found about 2 cups worth of detritus stuck on the blower wheel.
1 year later thanks bud. Easiest blower motor I've done in any of the vehicles I owned and you said a lot of other parts are easy to change...I just may keep this. Oh aside from the next job which will be the defect of the drainage system for condensation build up.
Thank you for this video!! Mine started making a weird noise and I was worried about paying $40 for that part to replace it or to take it somewhere. And I unscrewed those 3 screws and pulled the blower out and mine just had alot of leaves in it that were making the noise😂 took them out and it's as quiet as ever. Thank you!!

Thanks for the help. Your video showed just how easy it was to remove the blower motor. My blower was making really bad noises. Opened it up and a mouse nest was in there along with a mouse body and its decapitated head. Blower works fine now.
I love TH-cam, there are videos about fixing/replacing parts that the manual doesn’t even begin to cover. My 2007 Mitsubishi Endeavor has also been making a loud noise, I compare it to when a jet engine is tarting to warm up! I’ll have to look at the motor. Thanks for the video for this specific car. Did it ever work for you?
Anyone had issues with blower not turning off and only running on high . If I shut off car it shuts off. Already replaced resistor . When I turn switch to off it does turn off the rear passenger fan just not main fan. AC works heat works. Would replacing controls panel and blower fan fix issue. Thanks for anyone's help
jimmi1413 my 04 endeavor was doing the same thing, i removed the blower fan somehow a screw was bouncing lose inside the blower, got that screw out and problem solved..

Glad this helped I could never find to many videos on this SUV. I owned my for 12 years and really enjoyed it.
This car really is easy to work on. It's relatively roomy underneath the hood and the radiator change was a cinch in my 04 Mitsubishi Endeavor.

Do you think if you cut the fan blades on equal sides you could make the weight evenly distributed for a quick fix?

Have you had any water leak issues on the front drivers side floor not related to the A/C?
Driver side handle same thing happened to me.
