Short History well 3$ can be overpriced. If you’re comparing it to DLC’s. Which is what Bethesda did when they announced creation club. They said they would be mini DLC’s. Wasteland workshop was a mini DLC. Contraptions workshop was a Mini DLC... and some might even argue that vault-Tec workshop was a mini dlc. (I include myself in that category). So comparing those to creation club? Ehhhhh. There’s a few. Like this one. That gives a little quest, with tons of new furniture and stuff, but still, the new buildables do not change anything. Like contraptions you could manufacture stuff, totally new system. Vault Tec, you could build a whole vault. Totally new system. And same for wasteland workshop especially. Arenas, animal cages, tamed animals for your settlements, that’s pretty ambitious. But most creation club items are skins... awesome. That’s not a mini dlc. That’s a power armor paint job. That’s like if nuka world dlc only came with the power armors, nothing else.
Short History this one is still overpriced. But when compared to the rest of creation club, instead of comparing to the actual mini DLC’s we’ve gotten, then it becomes a better value. But the only thing on the CC that’s really not too overpriced is the pipboy paint jobs. I think ALL paint jobs should be 50 credits. And sold as bundles instead of standalone. Like a bundle of 10 paint jobs for 200 credits. If they charge 200 credits for one paint job, it should be for all 4. Armor, weapon, pip boy and power armor. That would be an okay price compared to what they charge.
After letting the A.I. live I heard it say “Ugh, Ghouls, I can’t even look at you” and it’s name was just “Synth” in the subtitles. It made me immediately regret saving her. Seems like I had encounter a glitch though
A fully featured player home, two new outfits, a newly skinned weapon, a pretty interesting quest, and a bunch of new furniture. That's a heck of a creation. Probably the only one that compares to me is Captain Cosmos due to its amount of content and new items.
Vahlok142 mhmm. I agree whole heartedly. The only improvement I’d add would be having the air conditioner add to your well rested bonus based on the months. If you have on cooling during summer months you get a bonus, and no bonus during winter, and vice versa with the automated providing a consistent bonus.
Dragonborn Express uh No time does change in the game given that diamond city becomes covered in Christmas decorations during Christmas. It’s just the weather that doesn’t change.
@Arnez Willis I'm also on PS4 and I hear you, mate. I get the same issues from my creation club stuff all the time. One time, my manwell carbines texture even disappeared and exposed that it's just a textured combat rifle
Guys, if you have those paint skins downloaded, that may be what's causing the game to screw up. I deleted everything including the saves, then downloaded everything else except for the paint skins, it worked fine. Of course, that was quite a while ago, I don't know if anything else is messing the game up now.
This is a little late, but S.N.O.W. didn't exactly rename itself. Yuki (ゆき, 雪) is Japanese for snow. . . . would be great if the Sole Survivor had the chance with Charisma 10, Intelligence 10 and robotics perk 3 required then. would really pay off for the late game players.
Only thing I HATE about it is the new armor and weapon workbenches. They look really nice, but you cannot put them down unless they are several feet away from a wall, even when using the welcome mat glitch

Neon Flats and Noir Penthouse are amazing creations, the best so far. Kudos to the creator! Would like to see more like this but themed to match a Brotherhood of Steel or Minutemen character.
@@fumarc4501 Both are equally interesting in quest and product. But where *Neon* shine's brighter (No pun intended), is that it has the convenience of being in a major town. That being said, it has the most beautiful skyline view in the game when it comes to player homes. But that's just my opinion, in the end it's your money and your decision. Hope I could help.
Honestly, those two outfits, custom 10mm skin, and decorations are worth the money to me. For 600 credits, that's definitely better than the 400 credit combat rifle reskin and slightly blue radstag trophy we got in the last mod. Those are some absolutely beautiful decorations. I actually like that neon blue color a lot, so lots of that is fine by me. Not to mention, the interior of the new home is very nice, I love the colors and design of it all.
Like you, this is my favorite player home. The pistol wasn't much, despite its appearance. It's still just a 10mm. The outfits, however, were beautiful and have decent armor value. And the home itself and all its options is simply breathtaking. I killed the AI the first time (I killed the Nuka stag the first time, too) but I love that there is an option and consequences. I'd love to see a follow-up creation that turns Yuki into a companion.
I think it's because of something that the Commonwealth wouldn't recognize cuz no one in the Commonwealth but Takahashi in Diamond City knows Japanese unless you bring back the samurai from mothership Zeta DLC in Fallout 3 no one else in the Commonwealth should know Japanese unless they passed that knowledge down to their descendants

It was nice to see your take on this CC content. I quite liked this creation, and think it delivered good value for the price. The Electrical Hobbyist's Club had a very unique (very depressing) story, and a dangerous encounter with an Assaultron. I'm disappointed they hijacked the location for this quest.
Wonderful video as always. My only issue with this as well as all other creation club homes is that you can't send your companions to it without mods. Using a mod, the 3rd floor is now home to Piper and Cait. And they both seem to like the new outfits, lol.
Holy crap this neon flats place is amazing, black crimson tile walls, floor, kitchen, neon lights smooth black couches and beds etc, and the black renegade leather outfit and modify 10 mm pistol looks amazing , it's great for my personality of my character I love wearing leather jacket and dusters ,now I have a reason to love fo4 even more and it's in goodneighbor too my favorite town lol
This looks great and once I dive into buying CC stuff I'll grab it but I do wish they had included the floors and ceilings with it so you could build a "Neon Flats" style apartment outside of Goodneighbor.
I just installed this for a player home for my new playthrough, an institute assassin build, and man, they do not make it easy to get this player home on a low level 😂 so many locations. I really like that though. Makes me explore locations I normally ignore. Like gunners plaza and the hobbyists club (the latter I don’t think I’ve ever explored on any playthrough actually) so I like it, but dang. Might be something you still need home plate for early on, then upgrade to neon flats. Which is also a cool idea. Gives you progress to the game! When you’re low level and haven’t accomplished much, you don’t have much to show for it. But the more you get done, the nicer your house becomes.
This one is probably best because of not only location to vendors if in survival, but also the 3rd floor to decorate yourself, and leaving the great look of the origonal.
In comparison with other Creations, where you get only one weapon with no quest and simply add to your inventory, this is a really good price and I love Picket Fences Magazines. XD
It's a charming little touch that the AI would name itself "Yuki", the Japanese for "Snow" once it's finished uploading itself (I'll admit how sad I am that I only knew that because of "Akagami no Shirayuki-hime" as well as character Mizore Shirayuki in "Rosario + Vampire" Almost reminiscent of K1-98 aka "Jenny", the synth you have the option of freeing at the end of "Hunter/Hunted questline. That said, I did read the video title as "Al Snow" originally, which also made sense the quest was a total job.
This is definitely worth the money it and the noir penthouse are my favorite creation because im all about the style that these have in them. I love it
i have a cyberpunk save that is inspired by Ghost in the Shell, Blade Runner, Alita Battle Angel, and all those type of 80's-90's scifi high tech low life films and books, i wish we could send survivors here so i could make this a bit more lore friendly
I'd get this just for that architect's Winter jacket.Combine it with the Manwell Rifles & you have a Gorgeous Scout-type look.... Intresting side-note for you Ox: Yuki is the Japanese word for Snow.According to the Mythology, they were the Spirits of "Pure" Women who were cast out from their families in winter. They would get revenge by fooling travelers off the roads and killing them..I Find it Intresting that they'd name the AI S.N.O.W., then said AI would call itself the Japanese word for it's previous name.Don't you?....

The hat and cigar placed next to the computer monitor is a tribute to your channel - that's my theory.
This looks great and once I dive into buying CC stuff I'll grab it but I do wish they had included the floors and ceilings with it so you could build a "Neon Flats" style apartment outside of Goodneighbor.
This Kris Takahashi guy does a lot of these higher quality quests. He seems very talented
Am kinda disappointed in that we don’t get SNOW/Yuki as a new companion
An AI downloaded onto a synth body ... umm, this game already has one named Curie!
I'd settle for her as a recruitable settler
Thank you so much, Oxhorn. Letting us know what we are potentially buying is super helpful.
Great vid Oxhorn....loved your kiddish impulse to turn the lights on and off. Love the look of the place....always am a fan of the dark themes..
The first creation I might consider getting
Update?
I'm loving the pseudo Blade Runner look of this mod
There should be an oxhorn creation that adds ox and he gives you scotch, cigars, and quests
25:10 was easily the best part of this video
Noir Penthouse and Neon Flats are definitely Blade Runner inspired
I think this one is inspired by all the machine learning AI and stuff is going on right now.
@@ChisponGroxo I've heard the jacket is a direct reference to an outfit in blade runner
Ur name is logan. U got a sal vulcano profile pic. U got a new sub.
Love the perfectly preserved pie shirt, fortunately my luck with port-a-diners is good
Thank you for the tutorial on this i was stuck and needed help i enjoy your vids and i wish good Fortune on you and your family
This is definitely worth the money it and the noir penthouse are my favorite creation because im all about the style that these have in them. I love it
What a Great Value! I absolutely LOVE this player home! It gave a great quest and the payout was great! Absolutely worth six bucks!
i have a cyberpunk save that is inspired by Ghost in the Shell, Blade Runner, Alita Battle Angel, and all those type of 80's-90's scifi high tech low life films and books, i wish we could send survivors here so i could make this a bit more lore friendly
I guess I may have some competition in the destruction of the institute
@lost ranger - There's a reason i'm always either B.O.S. (where i'm usually kitted with Hellfire P.A. & Plasma weapons) or Minutemen (soon to be kitted with a nice Winter Jacket & Manwell Rifle Set)....
@@johnnysizemore5797 I meant snow but yeah, the manwell rifle is probably my favorite creation so far, along with the Chinese stealth suit, which I use for almost all my characters until I get marine armor
I'd say this one is worth the money. Well thought out furniture pieces, beautiful aesthetic, a secret room, and that outfit! I need that outfit!
“You arrive at the terminal that houses the SNOW AI. Upon activating the terminal, the screen reads: ‘Informer, you know say daddy me snow me I go blam. A licky boom boom doooown.”
k
This comment made me feel old in the best possible way.
You should make a Sicilian Coffee Maker Shirt!
this seems to be one of the better creations, everything looks great, and even tho it barely has a quest worth calling it that, it still leaves u a choise to fit ur chars faction orientation and believes about Synths, very neat done. and the weapon looks sick, very cool ^^ thx for showing it Ox, keep up the good work =)
Some teddy bears in Fallout are actually replacement for baby corpses because of censorship.
Like in the Trinity Church and some other places with teddy bears at weirdass places.
Bringing Cait as a companion to the church will make her comment on it.
I like to rename the unique 10mm “That Gun 2049”
Heh, someone in Bethesda has a bit of a Japanese cultural back ground, Yuki in Japan I think means Snow or Snow Demon
I’d love to use this home as a player-home for an Institute character. That winter jacket would look cool for a “synth-hunter” build.
Least on console I always thought GN needed a player home, closest settlement to GN is the Castle I think.
Don't really play fallout 4 anymore but the house seems pretty swanky I say.
It's in a super convenient place too, I was thinking of making my base of operations Hangman Alley again, but now it's gonna be this
This was fun oxhorn thank you for making these videos it quenches my thirst when I’m grounded and it makes me know that even when I finish the game I could still play the game more
I love this CC Flat, really only wish it came with some of the walls and textures in the flat as build items. All in all, still love it for what it is.
I really enjoy your presentations
They help me understand more about the game
Also very entertaining
Thank you
I think this is the earliest I've ever been! I may or may not have been refreshing my feed, hoping to see if there were any new oxhorn videos 😂
I got this on sale today for 300 credits. I love the vibe and how much effort went into creating Neon Flats. I plan on using the upper floor area as Power Armor storage and repair. Great video, I couldn't find the secret room until I watched this. I agree that the 10 Mil. has a great skin that doesn't need to be changed. I got Matrix vibes from the new Institute outfit.
This is my own private domicile and I will not be harrassed
Your character looks really good in both outfits, love the video
I’m just gonna download this for the outfit. It’s just too damn nice.
