As an INTJ, I can confirm this is quite accurate.

Yeah, she got me real bad. The only difference is I'm not addicted to anything like alcohol or cigarettes.

The best interpretation of INTJ personality. Female INTJ that is happy to see this. Must have been analyzed by an INTJ female.

Beth is one of those characters that if you weren't constantly on her mind, on her world, she would look like an ISTP. Most INTJs (characters and people) aren't visibly typed until you get a deeper look into their thought processes, mind, and behavior.

Yes. I think that is why many (myself included) initially type Katniss Everdeen as ISTP, but, on reflection, see that she has strong INTJ tendencies. She is very competent with acquiring objective practical skills, but incompetent in subjective personal matters. She intuitively saw that Coin would replace Snow as dictator; she acted on that intuition without consulting with anyone, and then refrained from trying to explain herself to anyone.

Ive actually had such a hatred for my personality. Im so aloof and standoffish. People think im arrogant and stuck up because i dont like talking when i dont feel the need to. Its like i have to fake more to not be judged. But i cbf faking it. Oh well, im learning to accept who i am instead of focusing on it.
Oh and dont get me started on the analysis paralysis. I truly wish i wasnt as analytical - i can never live in the present, always in the future. Causes so much anxiety. Need to remember everything doesn’t need to be perfect. 😭😭😭

Well done. This summary of a whole (yet fictional character) describes the internal contradictions of an INTJ well. Helpful to those who are seeking to understand why an occasional ‘out of character’ choice is made. I would wonder if you have other movie characters which represent different MB profiles. The narrative overlay to the story line adds real depth.

Good video but I think 1 thing could have been described better. You said she assumes she knows I.e. she's being arrogant in her knowledge. That is incorrect. What she is doing is neglecting Si.... she is not planning and preparing exact games according to strict Si standards, but its false to say she doesn't study. When her friend lived with her he was giving her all these books to read to learn si rules and we find out she already read most of them or bought the book already to read in near future. She does study! Her friend was frustrated by her for not using Si like him (a feeling we INTJ know too well.... this frustration of Si doms). Sorry if I'm passionate about this but I deeply dislike people assuming Ni-Te women don't study or know stuff and only make stuff up as they go along and are therefore overconfident and illinformed. This is very incorrect. We know a lot of stuff... crazy amount, we read constantly and hundreds of books....we study every possible way to do something, then we break the Si rules with our Ni and do it in a novel and new way and do it better too!

As an INTJ woman. I don't really see how her character can even take those people around her. As much as being famous and all the applause. I would rather run and hide in a cave. Well, I don't know about the others, but after I have proved to my self that I know I can, and I know I'm right. I would move on with something else. Most of the time, I use this gift in surviving or troubleshooting or fixing, but not to be on top or wish to be famous.

The need of a relief and the guilty by have to feel your body to get off your mind crazy... is the worse part of beeing intj.

Iv seen her type as ISTJ, the problem is that she is not traditional, High SI types are very traditional but Beth is not a traditional women which is something noted by her step mother, she is seen as awkward among her female peers, she takes chess as her hobby even tho its seen as a man's thing and most of her friends are all man

Why would you think it was "woke shit"?😂
Because a female main character plays chess?

    • @HisameArtwork
      @HisameArtwork ปีที่แล้ว

@@combatsportlover6919 that's probably why he thought that.
Kira Zvorykina was never popularized in recent times, all that may followed her career are dead or professional chess players look up some history.
I think ppl just assume only boys played chess back in the day.
I'm from the balkans and we had to do hobbies after school because both parents worked here.
chess, guitar, piano, flute, skating, running, gymnastic, basketball, handball were standard proletariat stuff.
rich pro-european kids did tennis and ballet, swimming, rugby,
      rich pro-american cultist choir, organ
poor kids did football, karate, aikido, boxing

Do yourself a favor and let go of the "woke" nonsense. It's just a label for things that most people can't understand. You need to look deeper into things, and past the meaningless jargon.
