  • Any personality type is capable of anger. INTJs feel anger just like anyone else. However, we rarely ever get angry, and even when we do, we rarely show it outwardly. We tend to process it internally.

I am INTJ and I have to say that betrayal is one of the worst trigger for anger. Not because of the one who betrayed me but because I let such person into my life in the first place.

As a fellow intj betrayal IS the worst for me because I can’t believe I didn’t see it coming and because I thought I could trust them

INTJ anger: Quietly biding time until one knows exactly how to dismantle someone's life with surgical precision. INTJ anger is usually expressed in the form of calm, calculated wrath.

I am INTJ and I can throw a punch…I will appear calm ,calm, ignore ,ignore, maybe even fake a smile even when our blood is boiling inside…And when the person cross the limit,we will simply explode and throw the hardest punch we could…

I found a boiler to be an excellent metaphor, plus one can say their blood is boiling and mean that if it keeps going it will blow.

This is me as well. I put up with it and put up with it, then the next thing they see is me pouring gasoline all over the bridge and dropping a match on that ish. Lol I’m not proud of this. I’m actually trying to learn to speak up the moment the boundary is crossed so I don’t turn into a pressure cooker with a lid that can no longer contain what’s below.

Preach, this video makes it sound like we're incapable of violence, when this couldn't be further from the truth. I rarely commit violence, but when I do it's with a burning vengeance and I don't stop, someone has to stop me.

Im intj and i never liked math cuz my teachers were annoying to me so i never wanted to learn it, cuz i feel like it doesnt make sense to be good at it if ur not planing to use it in ur career, and i feel like if ur not making new formulas ur not rly doing math, ur just using formulas that somebody else invented, and since im very good at art since young age i knew that im not gonna need it, so im wondering how many intjs feel weird cuz they dont like math and its tipical for intjs to like it

Beautifully summarized. This video helped me understand why I reacted the way I did to stressful situations in my youth, to which later in life I was too harsh when judging my behavior in retrospect. After all, INTJ's tend to be the toughest judges to their own actions and behaviors.
The only thing I wish is that people could understand is how we tend to process anger internally and how we might become specially quiet while doing so.

  • @meitroxgaming6988

I normally tend to get angry at people's stupidity (which is quite often), or if someone betrayed me and perhaps by extension, ruin the plans I had set on how I was gonna better me and him/her, which in turn starts a burning hatred for them. I also get angry when someone talks down to me like I'm some moron, or when people insist on doing something so convoluted or pointless than it needs to be. I'm not very emotional but I do tend to show off some of my anger so people can think twice before getting under my skin. This video is spot on💯

I had an argument with a close friend last week .It was the first time,i gave him a raw ,objective constuct critic about his behavior whit out voluntarily omitting the toughest part (has i usually do) . Now i deeply regret not having enough self-control when it happened he didn’t recognize me it sounded mean but it was not, everything was truth.

If something's meant to happen it's meant to happen. You know sometimes people need that slap in the face to wake them up. And if they choose to sleep, no matter what you do, they won't wake up.

Instead of yelling I see no need to waste that kind of energy in an argument. It's when my calm, or cheerfully fake voice comes out depending the situation. When I'm quiet is when to worry.

I’m an INTJ. If I’m angry and talking, I’m good. If I go quite, watch out. Done. I wish people could understand, you are not responsible for my happiness. I don’t feel responsible for yours. Get yourself in a healthy state of mine and who cares if someone is angry. Ok your angry, not going to bring me down.

I'm calm yet I'm angry too but when I say angry people would just assume the type of person that loses it easily and irrationally, which im not. I'm super calm with cold and rational anger.

  • @Deathly_Visage
    @Deathly_Visage ปีที่แล้ว +2

Most of the time, my anger is a low grand seething one. But if it boils over, I will show that anger explosively. And nowadays if I do explode, it's done in a controlled manner. So, when someone sees me this way, it scares them because they don't know if my wrath is directed towards them or somewhere else. Usually, it's somewhere else. I have a tactic for cathartically releasing anger that doesn't involve lashing out at others: break things that no one cares about.

Great summary. I find explosive anger counter productive but do feel a keen sense of disappointment and frustration when things do not go to plan. As an Intj I came to fully understand the terrible but accurate statement - you cannot be disappointed in someone in whom you have no faith.

There is a teacher in our school who is exceptionally smart, evil and empathic…
and she messed up one time but very badly.Basically she was about to do an impossible test in a very weighted period that’s why she had promised to orient us on where to study but she didn’t 💀The thing is she had done an impossible test just before and my grade (WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT) was looking pretty bad.
So I gave the death stare of my life.Literally stared through her soul for 1h 15min and straight like I was about to commit a murder ,and I was. Her getting fired was all planed and everything. But eventually I could start seeing the fear growing in her until she stopped the lesson and told us where to orientate at the test.
Back than i was totally under my shadow mode.Life wasn’t looking very good. The stress was unberable and i was compleatly tunnel visioned on the grades(which they weren’t giving me) but when i think about it now
😂😂🤣 That was intense man.The amount of thought that were comming in my mind out of nowhere (introverted intuition) to fire her ass up mixed up with the death stare happening in real life.Good for her to be as empathic as she is (she is an introverted teacher) .She knew what was comming🤣🤣🤣
