Mine is ark and I bought it on the Xbox store, it just stops at the ready to start point in the installation and I've literally done everything, even tried calling and chatting with the Xbox "professionals"
Done all of these even called xbox, they of course didnt do anything
Are you installing from a game disk or are you downloading the game digitally? Also, is it only one game giving you the issue or all games?
That’s not surprising Xbox support is bad but the Xbox itself is great ps support is great but you pay for it with the PlayStation being garbage

My installations like it doesn't say installation stopped most of but when I install digital things but it stops, then goes again for like 30-seconds to a minute then freezes again and it takes much longer to download things :( but this is still a helpful vid

None of these work, when I install offline it'll say installation stopped. Always at 2GB right on it too, I have enough space (Well over 2TB free) so that's not the problem, my download speed is on average 100MBs so that's not a problem either.

For me this sorta worked I was trying to install farcry 5 from disc and it didn’t work but what did work it hard resetting my console did make my Microsoft store update properly and then I could download it from the store

what about downloading game updates and games from the store? because im scared to hard reset. i dont wanna end up with black screen and then having to wipe everything again with the osu..had this x since december..scared to press restart because i have to redownload everything i cant get back to the home page ha
I was updating rainbow six siege, and it was a 2 gigabyte update. It got stuck on 32.7%. I tried everything but nothing will fix it :(

You forgot the most basic.
1. Clean disc
2. The one that will work is to go find the game in store, and keep the disc in, then install through xbl
So if I clear storage for 2k is it gonna get rid of all of my stuff cause I accidentally uninstalled

It happened to R6 it stuck at 0.4 and all my games at Queue it like this🥺
I keep trying to install Dying Light(disc) and it's stuck at 81.8% and i tried doing a hard restart and its still stopping the installation. SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE !!!

If its a digital game the issue is most likely with your internet or your Xboxs connectivity. support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/store/download-game-problem this link sound help.

Just to make sure, you are trying to install the game from a disc. If you are trying to download the game digitally the steps in this video wont work. Also, check the game disc, make sure the disc is clean and does not have any scratches or visible damage as this could be what is causing your issue.
If none of these are the case and if you have already tried the trouble shooting steps in this video. I would then suggest you call Xbox customer support and speak with someone in the hardware department.
