- Check out this episode where the crew is back together for a Kill Cliff challenge! We hit a 3 part workout with a built in 4 minute rest between each of the workouts. We were a bit ambitious and overprogrammed to the point of almost quitting.

Why did Josh show hitting the speed bag. Speed bags don't hit back. I'd step in the ring with him no problem.
I dont have any following but I'd love to spar Josh anytime you want to get some rounds in. We are probably same height weight and roughly age. That would be a blast.
