    Just did it! 37:10. 200# sandbag and strict deficit HSPU. Def not use to the strongman movements which not surprisingly I was winded doing around rep 15. 150# bag def would have increased the tempo. Nice workout and video. 🙏🏻

    I did a burpees workout in memory of my uncle this weekend. Weighted vest. Savage. Need to build myself a box and do this work out. What should I sub the handstand push ups out with? Thrusters?? Watch these vids with my eldest kid. Peace.

      If you build a box you can do pike push ups on the box or chair or anything really. Think about the range of motion. You could sub heavy push press of strict DB press

    The Echo bike is tougher and more challenging everyday of the week. No contest. I've hit like 3000+ on the C2 Rower. I can do 24 calories on the Echo Bike in a minute and thats red lining it for me. If you want to see high numbers on the Row, watch Eddie Hall on it that poor machine is crying with every stroke haha
